I had problems to solve because of Covid. Work/Office/Sleep. Blake was fantastic in stepping me through my options and solving my space concerns.

I was in search of a recliner as I have back issues. I visited several online retailers to get a better idea about what’s as available at different places during the time of COVID. Jerome’s had the best site for researching recliners with a variety of specs. I found one that suited my needs then went to Jerome’s to check it out in person. The recliner exceeded my expectations. Great service experience with Blake at the Scripps Ranch location. We came in towards the end of the day, and he went above and beyond to help us get the couch we wanted ordered and delivered within out timeframe. For our next furniture needs, we will be back and will look forward to having Blake assist us again.

We shopped on line ahead of time. We went to the store just to see the dining set we liked. Which was available to sit at. We did buy the set. Our sales person Cindy Van was most helpful. She was professional and courteous during our entire visit. Jerome's has some good items but it pays to know what you want before going in.

Erin is the best. I will be back to purchase the rest of my furniture from Jerome’s because of Erin.

Jerry (Gerald) helped us find the reclining sofa we’ve been looking for. He was knowledgeable about the materials of the sofa, it’s operation and features. It was at least 1000 dollars cheaper then other stores we visited and that’s even after the other stores “manager special” or double the sales tax. The store is clean and well maintained. The sales people are no pressure, they introduce themselves and leave you alone to explore the store.

After going to several stores, my mom finally found the perfect couch at the perfect price point! Felicia was a lot of help and we definitely appreciated the no pressure approach. She was extremely friendly and answered all our questions.

I love the table that I bought simple but with an hint of style. My only peace is that you can never shop in peace. The minute that you walk in the door someone is on you like flies on poop. I can appreciate that they work on commission but please guys give me some breathing room.

Great experience! Knew what we wanted and wanted to get in and out fast so we could go pick up and put our new rocking recliner in place right away. Felicia made it happen! Took us right where we needed to go in the store and helped us make what turned out to be a very easy decision.
