Great experience. Elias was very professional, knowledable, and efficient. Took the to help me find exactly the furniture I was looking for. A great asset to Jeromes.

My first visit was not so impressive. The gentleman that greeted us seemed uninterested in spending time with us. So we left!

Came back the next week and Cindy was right there to help us and made the whole experience perfect.

Told her what I wanted and she help me with suggestions and totally went with what she recommended.
She was very personable and real. She a now a friend.

I wish there a “Cindy” in every store!

Great prices, nice stuff. Felicia was our sales associate and she was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. We were looking at furnishing an apartment for rental and she took us patiently around the store for various items explaining everything we needed to know. Super personality and very personable. Great job Felicia! Probably bought more items just because she was so good!

Great experience shopping at Jerome’s this morning. I took advantage of their online website so I knew just what I wanted. Cindy Van was ready and able to help me find my sofa/loveseat and was very thorough in explaining the product and the purchase.
