First time I went to this JiffyLube it was pretty average. Went in a second time this morning and it was miles better. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they filled up my tires. Definitely going back in 4k miles

This was the best experience. I had put off getting my oil changed, because being a woman I was dreading the idea of being ripped off or being told my car needed things that it didn’t. The manager showed me my filters, air and A/C cabin filter, and they were disgusting. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. It was such a positive experience that I will make them oil change place forever.

Because of COVID19 you are able to stay inside of the car and they provided air conditioning. Super convenient to be able to honestly drive thru oil change in probably less time than getting fast food

This place is very very slow. They also have unprofessional workers. I attempted to get an oil change and was waiting for a bay. When the car in front finished they asked me to move so the car in the next bay which was there first could go. That was fine as it made sense. However they then proceeded to take other cars before me as they were having issues with the car I was behind. They did not provide the same courtesy to me. I ended up leaving. I will not come here again and will not recommend.

I was able to stay comfortable in my car while they worked quickly and politely to finish the oil change on my truck.

Pretty sure these are high schoolers. They let me leave with no coolant.luckily caught it in time.now Id rather drive 70 miles and pay 30 more to go to my mechanic than here which is 11 miles from my house.

If you’re a women beware of coming here since they look at you with puppy eyes then they sell you something you didn’t ask for.if you need to have your car serviced I recommend going somewhere since all they want is your money. Unprofessional

I had the best first experience with my mom (who also agrees) sitting in my car while services were being done to my vehicle. The lovely workers were friendly and communicated very well with me. The service performed was quick and to the point. I will definitely be going back!

Donny is a very rude and money hungry employee. My first visit here was awesome. He is not a happy person at all. And if you are a female be aware he will try to charge you the most expensive oil and windshield wippers.

I used to be a regular customer. I then had a bad experience and stayed away for a couple of years. Just decided to go back and see if its changed. I was impressed. The techs were friendly, service was good. It was very pleasant. The only bummer I had was they are quite pricey at $44.99 for an oil change.

I have had my oil change done there a few times and always with a great service! But I’d like to call out Alex as he stands out of the bunch of guys there!

Whenever I have a question about my car or what is being done to it for whatever reason he explains it thorough and ensures that I know what I’m paying for best customer service I’ve had!

Alex, one of the mechanics is quick and efficient. After showing me good customer service along with being professional, I made the decision to not only get my oil changes done here but also refer friends and family to this shop to have him work on our cars.

Never been. I can't trust a company that can't find the time to Correct their digital clock and temperature sign - it's been three years!

I went for an oil change on 7/27/19. I watched the tech having issues with my car. He never said a freaking word. Got home and had an oil leak. Went back on Sunday 7/28/19 supposedly he didn't tighten something. Got up today and there was still an oil leak. Went back today and Jiffy Lube says it's not their fault.
