24I just finished getting an oil change and tire rotation. I can’t in at roughly 8: 15 and didn’t leave until 9: 54. When the mechanic was pulling my car out he forgot to close the back door and hit it against an item that was placed next to my vehicle. It left a dent in the car along with scratched paint. I asked him if he could do an incident report of some kind but was unaware of the process. He gave me the number to the district manager Abran Bonnel and general manager David Ruiz since he was unable to contact neither of them. I’ve been calling and haven’t been able to reach them neither. I then called the 1 800- 741- LUBE which didn’t go through. I hope Jiffy Lube honors the word of the mechanic Gabriel Noriega and fix my door like he said they would. Due to the slow service and inconvenience of my time the most I’ll rate them is a 1 star. Jiffy Lube please respond back.
I found out that they use refined oil that is not good for any car. I had them change air filters and coolant. They didn't put the top manifold on right I won't use them anymore more.

I really don't recommend this place, the first and last time i went there just for a oil change. They didn't tighten right the drain plug, and almost got my truck"s engine a total damage, cause a big leak thanks to this idiots! Also they gonna try to sell to you other services or parts that your car do not really needs.stay away of this place!
