I got scheduled successfully during this challenging time, and also got all the information and instructions I needed prior to the repair. My iPhone 11 glass screen was perfectly replaced within 30 minutes. Would recommend!

After buying an iPhone 11 Pro Max on Craigslist the Sim card carrier was oddly locked despite everything pointing to the fact that it is not. Joe was able to resolve my issue and offered follow up free services if anything needs to be adjusted or tuned in settings to make the work around still viable. Thanks Joe!

Despite all the reviews and the very good service on the spot, you should definitely avoid it. He opens your phone in a restaurant full of dust. Even though your phone seems to work just fine when you go, it has been irremediably damaged and its life expectancy is then just a few months left. Please go to the Apple Store to get your battery replaced. You will pay slightly more, but they will do it in special conditions that will preserve your phone.

Honestly thought the 5 star reviews were bought at first but service is legitimate and as good as all the reviews say. Joe is super friendly and got it done in under twenty minutes using new parts. Also gave me a free screen protector which was a nice gesture!

After seeing 5 star reviews, I went in to have my iPhone 7+ screen replaced. The service was quick and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place for any Apple phone repairs. He even gave me a screen protector; I wish he would have offered to put on the phone but I understand he was super busy. Either way, thank you for the repair and the free screen protector!

Friends suggested I go to Joe to replace the broken glass on my iPhone. They said he does repairs in minutes. So I made an appointment. I received automated reminders, information and directions. I walked in, he replaced the screen, added a protector layer and snapped it back into my Otter case in ten minutes. Done! YES! Just really easy and fast.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! He is so knowledgable, quick and confident about his work and its a relief to see him do everything right in front of you in a couple of minutes. Although, eventually, i couldn't get my phone repaired (it was too late by the time i brought the phone to his attention), he was nice enough to recommend what next steps/alternatives i had. 10/10!:)
