Joe is a mega professional and knowledgeable in what he is doing. He is also very quick and precise at work like surgeon.

I initially came to him with the terribly broken iPhone screen. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes, and even gave a new screen protector.

After that, I noticed that my secondary mic stopped working properly (I could talk on the phone but not record audio). I asked Joe whether it could be related to the recent screen change (e.g, loosely screwed part), and he invited to have a look at it. He discovered that everything was screwed well, but the secondary mic was damaged. Although no one knows when and how it got damaged, Joe changed the component immediately (this time again in <10 minutes). Because it was not clear whether the mic was damaged during the screen change or not, he did not charge me for the mic replacement, as he offers warranty to the work he is doing.

This is a really high level of service and professionalism for a small business. I cannot imagine what kind of bill would I see in Apple Store for that, and also, I'm sure Apple Store would never have returned me a perfectly working phone back in just 10 minutes!

Joe is honest, fast, and prices are fair. We had an AT&T IPhone and he told us up front it would not work with Sprint. Then he showed us it wouldn’t change technology to work. So I bought a carrier locked Sprint phone and he got it to work in less than 10 mins. Thanks Joe. Appreciate that man.

Great guy and professional but I have to admit kind of expensive at $80 for iphone 5. That's the only negative thing for me. Only $20 difference from apple which charges $100 for shattered glass for iPhone 6s (bigger screen). Other than rhat I rwcommend him.

My phone was out of service since I had my baby girl on Nov. 12 until today Dec. 7 because the previous owner locked it from their carrier after I bought it from them ‍️ But joe was able to unlock it from the carrier and now my phone is working nicely on my own carrier for such a lovely price of only $100 Thanks Joe!

Joe replaced my iPhone 6 battery for a reasonable price, and in under 10 minutes - cheaper than going to the Apple store and I didn't have to part with my phone for several days! He also answered follow-up questions promptly via email, and investigated a couple of problems afterward at no charge under his 3-month warranty coverage.
