Justin and Javier were great! No pressure or tricks to get me to purchase. I had a tricky transaction and they were so patient with everything that went wrong with my previous bank. Great team and they financial dept was ace.
They were great in advising on purchase vs lease and new vs used.

I had an AMAZING experience here this weekend. I had a low front tire and I broke my mud flap after I curbed my car in a parking lot. I dropped my car off here over the weekend and they were on it ASAP. Sal helped me and he was SO kind, he had great communication, and he was extremely clear about repair price. My car was ready to go in less than a day and I was updated throughout the entire process. Sal picked up all my calls immediately and he sent photos and videos throughout the process. It was so refreshing to work with Sal because he was so positive and happy. Picking up my car didn't even take 5 minutes and Sal was so friendly and so helpful. I will be coming back for future checkups for my car!

I bought my car yesterday at John Hine Mazda and I couldn’t be happier! Tyler was great and made the process very seamless with trading my car in and purchasing the new one. I didn’t feel any pressure and everyone there was very nice from the moment I walked in. I had an appointment for a specific car and Tyler had it pulled out front for me to test drive. Everything was great and I LOVE my new car!

I’ve had great service at John Hine Mazda for 3 years. I just leased my 2nd CX-5 from them. Ray Tan was super helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Art worked with me on the financials and was great!

I’ve been buying cars at this dealership since 2004 when I bought my first Mazda 6. Fast forward to today leasing now my 5th vehicle the 2021 Mazda 3 hatchback 2.5 turbo. The service has always been consistent with their level of knowledge and ability to create an environment where you feel welcome and appreciated. This dealership made purchasing a car quick and easy withno fuss and no beating around the bush. My agent TJ was kind and easy to talk to. Made the miserable experience of buying a car pleasant and a location that I can recommend to my friends and family.

Love my service advisor jade. This review is NOT regarding her at all. However, I was terribly unimpressed by the fact that my car is a lease, they wanted me to pay 150.00 for a diagnostic test to figure out some crazy beep that randomly happened. Uh nope. It’s a lease and under warranty. Also they tried telling me that the next time I came in, I would need brakes. Uh no. My car has 16000 miles on it and I hardly drive the thing. There’s no way. Also I have leased my last 6 cars and have NEVER had this much trouble with a vehicle and have NEVER had to fix brakes. Only thing I’ve ever had to have done was my regular oil changes. And 113.00 for an oil change? Really? ON A MAZDA? I’ve had luxury cars in the past and never had to pay that much for an oil change. I’m not happy. This is my first and only Mazda I will ever lease. Going back to luxury. This car sucks.

Dyana gave first-rate service help. She was friendly and easy to work with. The team that detailed the car completely exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. A great value! My 2016 CX-5 is back to practically looking like new!

Love the personalized service. I own two Mazda3 hatchback cars (2006 and 2018) and have had them serviced at John Hine Mazda forever. They have always provided the best service at reasonable prices.

I just leased my second car (a CX-9!) from John Hine Mazda. I am always pleased by the wonderful service, the laid back sales team, and the perks that come with working with this dealership, such as flexible payment options and complimentary car washes. I am someone that has trouble making big decisions and I couldn’t decide if I wanted to upgrade from the CX-5 to the CX-9 and they let me borrow the car for the day, which was hugely helpful! I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in driving a Mazda. I love my CX-9!

I've brought my '06 MX-5 here since getting it late 2013. My experiences have always been the best, the service writers are great, the mechanics know what they're doing, all certified; pricing is reasonable and guaranteed. That's the part that makes me comfortable when working with the dealership.

Jc and crew did an amazing job of keeping it simple and made an incredible deal for me on my lease that was ending. Their financial guy at the end to sign the deal was light funny and had an amazing additude. Bottom line for me is from their service department to when its time to lease again they are positive and clear with all their communications. Well done and thank you.

The service area/department is a little cramped when their busy is being nice about it. But the people are top notch, professional, and very friendly all at the same time. Being a dealership, yes its a little pricey, for that price you and your vehicle are treated like royalty or at the very least, that your business matters to them, alot.

I'm disappointed with the service. I had the oil changed, tires rotated and car washed. They didn't do a good job washing my car, that's not the real problem. When I got back home I started to clean the area's on my car that were missed from the washing. On the hood, I discovered three small scratches close together that were not there before having the oil changed. My car is a lease, and I'm worried that I'll get stuck with the bill to have the scratches removed. I called the Jade Adams, and explained to her the situation, I'm still waiting for a call back from her.

I went thru the USAA car buying program and let me tell you it was the most awesome & easy process to go thru. Once I found a car I wanted to test drive and reached out to John Hine Mazda, Andre Mullen responded quickly to my email. I never connected in person with Andre Mullen (on his days off) but with his coworker Tyler Kalevitch. Tyler’s professionalism and customer service was most excellent! I will definitely recommend John Hine Mazda and Tyler & Andre to my friends and family if they are looking for a new car! Love my Mazda CX-5 ️

I had the steering rack and pinion replaced on my CX-9.2 days later I drove from San Diego to Riverside and it sounded like my engine was going to fall out on the freeway. When I got to Riverside I had to have my car towed to Mazda in Riverside. They told me that bolts were loose and some bolts were completely missing. I had Mazda in Riverside fix the problem, and thankfully John hine Mazda paid for it. But I have lost my confidence in the technicians at John hine Mazda and will be looking for a new mechanic.

As always, my Service Rep was right on top of things.knowledgeable, polite, patient, efficient.
I was instantly given a rental car, plus precise details about needed work, timelines and cost for repairs/maintenance on my '04 Miata Speed, with turbo engine.
When I picked up the car next day, it was in perfect order and shining!
Why would I ever go elsewhere?

So called them for a recall that i got in the mail on friday. My appointment was set for Wednesday and so i show up after work. I wait there for maybe 2 minutes and then they me that oh we havent even ordered the part yet. They literally only called once and left no voicemail or text or email. Seriously disappointed in the service department. Also they didnt even schedule another appointment all they said was theyll call whenever they get it in.
