Got my mazda3 detailed (first time in 102k miles). Looks fantastic. Customer service was great - was provided a courtesy car so I could get back to work while the detailing and oil change was done. This place is always great - never tries to upsell.

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I called the dealership to schedule an appointment, all the way to the sell of the vehicle and even after I drove off the lot with new car. The team at John Hine Mazda took extra care to be highly communicative with me throughout the process and express a lot of enthusiasm and support! I’m highly impressed with their level of knowledge, professionalism and customer care. Even though I live in LA, I would still gladly make the drive down to San Diego just to reconnect and have my car serviced at John Hines. Thank you for already making a big impact on my day to day life - I absolutely love my new mazda 3 hatchback!

Great trust worthy experience, took the car in because I was told by another mechanic it needed some work done and instead of being taken advantage of Mazda called and said there was nothing wrong with my car! Great experience great customer service! Thank you Steven A!

No any updated info during my car service. I called twice to ask if it's completed. All calls went to her voicemail. And she never called me back. I had to go to store to check the status. Worst experience with almost $500 service. Never back again.
