I can’t recommend John Owens Services enough. Our 13 year old Rinnai water heater is running better than it has in years and Temo, our technician, was just wonderful. Thank-you for your exceptional care ️

Highly professional, easy to work with, and great customer service. Chris was my repair man and he did a wonderful job.
Great communication with me during whole process. Their bid was not the lowest nor the highest, but when you looked at it closely it was definitely the best considering the warranty that they offer. The technicians were great about answering all of my questions. When they gave me estimates about time they were realistic and actually finished the project early.
