Kaiser Permanente Riverside Medical Center

I had an appointment for gynecology on Monday, 27 February. I had a uterine biopsy done by Dr.gala in gynecology. He had two nurses with him at the time. Both nurses were very nice but the one nurse her name is Sarah. She was amazing, she held my hand through the whole procedure and reassured me everything was fine. She was was awesome I can’t say enough. Before everything started I decided to start recording on my watch, just so I could have a clear understanding of what happened in the room after it was done. He performed the procedure administered medication for pain. As the procedure was finishing up, he told me that I needed to relax or do I want to go home with the speculum inside of me. That really threw me off because here I am in pain and uncomfortable and a Doctor would say such a thing to a female patient. After that everyone just walked out the room and said you’ll get your results in five days the doctor will call you or email you. I got my results the same day online. I have not received an email or call nothing from a doctor. Kaiser really need to do better. I’m in still in shocked that a male doctor would say that to a female patient.

Literally was so excited to visit my sister who just had a baby and the check in staff downstairs (male and female around 12: 30pm on Feb 25) would not let me into the waiting area where my family was waiting. It was so bizarre and nonsensical and they were horribly rude and seemed very confused.

My experience with Kaiser is first time! The hospital is amazing with very good staff and maintenance. Everything went swift and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Ridiculously long wait times for appointments and emergency services. No OBGYN appointments available without a month of waiting. Terrible Mental Health Care services.

Kaiser Riverside's ob/gyn medical office has horrible customer service! Let me be specific The receptionist Carina, the charge nurse Darla and the manager Ben to be specific! I waited 3 months for an appointment with my doctor. I drove an hour in the snow, hail, and rain for them to refuse to check me in. This could have been cleared up quickly by the manager but he allowed a bunch of catty women to get in his ear! Very Disappointed!

My experience was amazing, this was my 4th baby with Kaiser and I really just want to thank all the staff that was involved in my delivery! The facility was beautiful, staff was amazing and educational.patient.helpful! This is the only place I’ll go for delivery!

They will not help you unless your on fire. They doctors and nurse's are very rude people and no help what so ever. Save your money and choose a different provider.

One of the worst hospitals. Pharmacy staff suck. They’ll tell you wait 10-15 mins, then another 5 mins, another 5 mins, another 10 mins …. And you see and hear all the staffs laughing loudly inside as if they are having a party. Patients exit the ER with pain and go to the pharmacy to pick up their medicine that should be done in 10-15 mins and with this unprofessional practice it’ll take at least 60 mins. When you get mad at them after the long wait, then the pharmacist decides she will start mixing your medicine.

Absolutely one 0 stars….

I don’t understand where are the HR from this practice? How do they allow them to be chatting and laughing loudly when people are boiling outside to get their medicine!

Find yourself another facility

I wouldn’t go here if my life depended on it the nurses have a very much disregard for human life I was in a car accident and the front desk claims they have more serious matter been in the waiting room with pain for over 2 hours still have yet to be called to the back and ppl have come in after me and have been called seen and left the doctors I will be filling a complaint with the public department of hospitalizations and will be very much seeing through that’s the people who work here are held responsible

KAISER IS RACIST! Avoid this hospital. There was a white woman waiting with her husband, in the waiting room of the emergency room right now. No one told her anything and she was able to wait with her husband. But when the fat, bald nurse (about 5’7) from the emergency room came out and called for my brother, that is when he saw me and asked me if I was waiting with my brother. I told him yes, and he told me that I had to wait outside, until my brother was taken to the back to see the doctor, and at that point, I would be able to come back into the emergency room waiting room. I told him that made no sense and he told me that is the rules. He told nothing to the white woman. If you want to experience racism in modern day society, come to the emergency room.

My 93 year old Grandmother fell and the Doctors office told her to wait in the ER line. If she has a broken hip we will sue the entire facility

Very unfriendly. The nurse at the front desk working the shift on Thursday, 2/16 at around 10pm was very unfriendly about telling us about the one parent policy in the er waiting room. How does your staff even have time to hound the very few parents that are in the emergency room about the one parent policy when you're having them wait so many hours for their one year old baby to be seen? Don't you know how parents feel bringing their babies to the er? Very inconsiderate, no compassion, and focused on the wrong thing. Customer service was absolutely horrible because of this. At least when you tell parents only one parent can be in the waiting room have a friendly tone. Kaiser in Ontario treated us better by far. There was very few people in the waiting room and the nurse came out with an attitude and told me to leave. Can't you be more flexible? I understand if the room was packed. We will never be coming to this uncaring hospital again.

Worse service ever! I was in a car accident & expressed to the lady in the front how my pain was a 10 and how I am experiencing a really bad headache. They were not able to give me anything to help while having me wait for 3 hours. They have seen people who came in after me. I feel like they prioritize who they want and if you are African American your really going to the back of the line and will be seen as a joke when your in a lot of pain and really need medical help. Do not recommend

The 24 hour pharmacy at Kaiser located 10800 Magnolia in Riverside, Ca has the kindest phone technicians working for Kaiser! Their so professional and attentive. I was running out of my medication prescribed to take twice a day and they expedited this medication and it was delivered the next morning! Wow! Now that’s taking care of patients. Thank you I am so grateful for them. Their always so patient with me.

Keep up the awesome work you do!

Very disappointed in this place I took some fhours with the balloon to my aunt and all of a sudden it disappeared the next Day shame on you guys

Worst hospital relative to the insane insurance costs on top of a $90 copay. I have been falsely charged for 2 appointments now, one for a phone call I never received (on top of it being rescheduled twice), another for a unscheduled ultrasound I never got, unable to get a refunded, collection agencies before a bill even physically reaches me many times, lied to about the nature of my appointments (told I'd get an ultrasound, only for it to be a verbal checkup, out $250 every time, plus my hour and a half drive and my partner's only day off). When getting blood work at the labs, I was told I'd only wait 5 minutes. Everyone after me went before me. 45 minutes. They deleted my name from the board for no reason. Don't let the remodeled appearance of this hospital fool you. It's incredibly disorganized; I've waited 6 hours for urgent care before. On a good day it's 3. They're understaffed (and some sorely undertrained) but they find no issue blowing money on glass windows and making the place green themed I guess. I haven't even touched on bad personal experiences or having a doctor call off one hour before an appointment I waited over a month for, and was already driving 45 minutes to. All of these negative experiences in less than two months. Every appointment, multiple blunders. I'll be glad when I cut ties after my final appointment coming up. Cleanliness is the only compliment I can give this place and I don't blame the staff for the horrible scheduling I've had. My partner on MediCal gets treated quicker than I do. His appointments with his primary are usually 6 days out, not a month and a half. His doctor seems to get to the root of an issue in one appointment. Kaiser will drag you to many to milk as much out of you and insurance as possible. The doctors speak so vaguely and act clueless when I tell them my symptoms. I had an inflammatory response in my arm once and I was made to get an x-ray to "make sure it wasn't broken, " when I answered the doctor's questions that I did not fall or hit my arm on anything, that it happened randomly at a desk. It's just unbelievable to deal with. I had infections as a child they couldn't pinpoint and the Riverside community hospital found it and got me in and out with medication in an hour.

Usually very unprofessional staff "working" at the entrances' of the buildings. I often need to go here to help my elderly parents to their appointments and usually the staff "working" at the entrances' of the buildings are often having very loud conversations and laughing loudly like a bunch of rude clowns. Sometimes we have to wait until they stop having their loud conversations and laughing loudly until we can ask and get answers to our questions. Super Unprofessional!
