Placed refill order. Visited pharmacy based on time of availability indicated only to be informed I needed to wait 2 more days or place order elsewhere. They couldn't even provide a partial to cover for 2 days. Perhaps Kaiser should notify customers when this occurs so they can address this issue sooner and minimize multiple trips and lost time.
