26Appointments are very short and rushed. It seems like they want you to go back for multiple visits to get any real testing done for a more in depth diagnosis. This seems to be how KP generally operates on the west coast.
Hard to believe, but so true. Just changed my primary because my current one moved to a different location. I'm happy with the change. We clicked! Everything is here in one building. Parking is in a free lot and plentiful.
I am impressed with the quality of customer service here. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly, efficient and thorough.
There's a lot of parking spaces, you don't have to park far, and it's not very crowded like Redwood city.
I was so happy and excited when Kaiser decided to open up offices in San Mateo and my PCP moved over too. Truly convenient and I get my needs met as far as outpatient services are concerned.
Doctors are great there. Clean facility and easy to book appointments. It has pharmacy and lab. Nice parking lot. Close to peets and Whole Foods.
