I made a service appointment for my car to get full service and the service from beginning to end was AMAZING!

I received text updates from Kia about the status of my car. I even got my car washed, and everyone was super friendly and they all followed the measurements to keep everyone safe.

Very pleased with my experience, my sales and leasing manager Ali went above and beyond my expectations even staying longer for his shift to make sure I was taken care of and addressed all of my concerns, thank you!

The dealer does not disclose all charges until after they close the deal. They charged me an additional 795 for a KARR alarm that was already in the car they sold me. The finance manager Manny is not an honest salesperson!

Staff met me and took the car in for service at exactly the appointment time and honored an expired discount. They were friendly and also kept me informed on the progress of the service. Finally the car was given to me at the specified time and was cleaner than when I gave it to them.
Will continue to have my car regularly serviced by Kearny Mesa Kia!

Meant to review earlier and clicked off by accident. I did not buy my Kia at any Kia dealer but take it to Kearny Mesa for service. Maxx was my service advisor and he couldn’t have been nicer. It’s been a long time since I have been spoken to as kindly and respectfully as I was here; probably the last time was when I was checking in at a pre-Pandi-times Westin resort. My car feels different in the best way and I know I don’t have to worry about how it’s running after I take it here. Price was very reasonable and definitely worth the peace of mind. Thank you for a lovely experience!

I had taken my car in for a 30000 miles service call and a software upgrade. The staff at Kearny Pearson KIA were all very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. All required maintenance for the 30000 miles service were taken care of and a minor problem found and fixed. I want to thank Terry the maintenance service expert for his professional advice and help throughout the entire process.

I used to really like this dealership but with recent shady business practices I can't recommend this place to anyone.
Notice they only respond to the positive messages, Kia my suggestion is you reach out and respond to some of these negative comments as well to see what you can do to perhaps help your unhappy customers.
It looks really bad that you guys choose to ignore that factor.

I had an amazing experience with Paul (internet sales specialist) who helped me find the perfect Kia Soul for me! He was a real pleasure to work with, and made buying a car really easy, fun, and stress free. I also got an amazing deal without having to haggle or force anything. I am really happy with the experience overall, and would recommend Paul to anyone looking to have a great car buying experience.

Very slow service department, definitely consider going anywhere else. They also never seem to have my car's service records and the "coupons" never really change what I'm paying.

You make an appointment for service, which, apparently is a big waste of your time because it takes them forever to do the work.

First time buying a car and the guys here made the entire process incredibly easy. Answered every question/email I sent prior to coming in and took care of me when I came in. No pressure and were able to cut me a great deal. Matt N, Tach, and Elie were all fantastic.

Recently this dealership skyrocketed their prices for service. An oil change is now $90 and with a tire rotation it is over $120. That is absolutely ridiculous, and it is safe to say I will not be returning. Such a shame since this dealership was once a stellar place, and I had previously given them a 5 star Yelp review, which I will be updating now.

Great customer service. They always do a good job on repairs and oil change, but take way too long to get the job done. Always takes two or three hours for oil change and the prices just shot way up.

The Best customer service ever! Max and Ricardo hands down are the best at Service department! They go above and beyond for all customers, they are the best! They make me feel at home and always are extremely efficient! I love my Kia Optima! Thank you!

John Wallnick spent the time with me to find the right car for me after I couldn't afford the one I originally wanted. He was patient, fun, and felt more like a buddy to me than a salesman. My only gripe with the whole experience is they didn't give me a card or email or anything, but I'll take that over the constant annoyances that other dealerships provide after you've spoken to them.
