Moe has been the most amazing and pleasant person that I've have ever come across while purchasing a car. The whole team as a matter of fact! I was initially shopping for a vehicle between the various dealership within the San Diego and El Cajon areas. I first had spoken with Tyler over the phone then kept contact with via text while I was shopping around (Working ten plus hour days while sharing one vehicle with my significant other because my vehicle wasn't safe to drive makes it difficult to find time to come in). He had done great giving me a quote and estimates on my trade in. Being too greedy I still attempted to shop around else where. After learning from my mistakes I contacted Tyler and he invited me to come in anytime and speak with him. Once there I was greeted by Moe. Since it wasn't a conventional appointment, Tyler was still occupied assisting his scheduled appointments, Moe offered to entertain me while Tyler was busy. We went around the dealer ship, took a look and all the vehicles and went over what I was looking for in a vehicle. As Moe was already aware of my prior correspondence with Tyler, he already knew my budget and the specs of the type of vehicle that I was searching form. After going over a few more vehicles in detail = to match me up with the perfect vehicle, we went ahead and took her on a test drive. Moe gave me the break down on all the perks of the vehicle, how it performs, the user friendly features, and all that goodness. After giving me the opportunity of go over the vehicle, test it out, and feel confident in it, I knew that I found the right one. Within no time, Moe had my paperwork ready, finances on point (With the funny and majorly entertaining Lucky, who can make the conveying of important information actually quite enjoyable to say the least. Anyone who's purchased from here knows what I mean hahaha.) After getting the vehicle detailed, gassed up, and all the fine details done, Moe that their amazing team had me in and out with a brand new car in no time. It literally took no more than required to find the right match, and finance me. Without question the very best experience car buying experience to date!
