Keck Hospital of USC reviews
38 I had open heart in Nov of 2016 good surgeon however for the 5 day stay I ASKED EVERY DAY FOR CLEAN LINENS.no chance I remained in the same night gown. Aug of 2017 my sternum died my chest was mush.infection. I'm trying to figure out why.now here it is in Jan 2018 I was informed that I have to have my STERNUM REMOVED.so two stays and no clean bedding or linens.not the doctors fault I'm sure they don't know.but everyone knows now
FOOD SUCKS
I’ve been here a few times with my mother who had Appointments there. The place is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. Today was my mother’s surgery and it all went well. Dr. McFadden came to talk to us after the surgery and explained everything about the procedure and that she was doing good. We had to wait a while to see her because they had to monitor her and make sure she was ok. She will be there for a few days and I know she is in great hands. Wonderful hospital, great staff, some helped us find our way even when not asked, just heard us talking out loud,! And even the workers in the cafeteria were very nice.
Very nice hospital with great care and staff. The grounds of the hospital are very nice as well.
Great Hospital Dr's, nurses and staff! If i ever need serious care God forbid.this is the place to be!
Good service. I'm the one that acted wrong. My ride cancel at last moment he got caught in work and could not get out. And I said things to staff should not have. I will have to send some snacks and flowers to apologize.
This is the worst hospital ever! My mother needed a second opinion after Alhambra Hospital did everything they could but couldn't help my her. She's been hospitalized for over a month here and her condition is only worsen. Dr Anthony Kim a thoracic surgeon and his colleagues only went over her paper works for half a day? And said there's nothing they could do for her? Without seeing her for themselves they've given up. Makes no sense! Why call yourself a prestigious hospital when you can't even treat a patient. Why even call yourself a chief of surgery and claimed you went to Yale? You don't seem too competent! Did you and your colleagues paid yourself through education. First USC denied to treat a 22 year old brother of mine due to kidney failure. But you know what? We didn't need you anyways because my sister who's also in her 20's donated one of hers and surgery was performed by UCLA doctors. AND THEY BOTH ARE HEALTHY! Thank you UCLA! <3
THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD NEVER BE VOTED ONE OF THE BEST HOSPITALS.
They don't even deserve a star. Every time I see a billboard of them in Pasadena it makes me want to hurl! If they have more I think I'll move to Canada!
You'll never see me or my generations wear anything related to trojans. Although I love classical music, I will never listen to 91.5
Great doctors fantastic nurses and hospital staff. I am a current patient recovering from neck surgery the hospital assigns too many patients to each nurse and especially the patient care techs, that it's hard for patients who really need attention to get proper care.
Spent 3 weeks here in Oct. '14 after knee surgery. Between the surgical ward & therapy wsrd. Amazing service, very caring people
The doctors are professional, but the are family people and caring, I don't mind when I have to be there it's actually like a little care of "Mom", they're good.
One of the best hospitals. My father had lung surgery thanks to Dr. Hagen and all the staff, great service. Special thanks to nurse Nancy very nice and helpful.
I give Doctor Gill and staff to apply video of my surgery of a 10 centimeter tumor out of me and save 60 percent of the right side kidney. Thank you Keck Medical and staff.
April 2016, Aortic Valve Replacement + last minute finding of 3 vessel cabbage by Dr V Starnes and his team led me to be impressed not only by the superior leadership on the OR but the quality nursing staff through the healing process. Dr Starnes leaves nothing undone and has the best surgical hands in the business. Traveling from Montreal to KECK Medical Center and Dr Starnes was a life saving decision I will never regret. Like my friend says, "I'll Be Back"!
Specialists at the USC Eye Institute saved my eyesight. My doctor in Internal Medicine is excellent at listening and providing care that addresses my medical conditions and helps me stay healthy. My experiences at Keck Medicine have been very positive and they have so many outstanding specialists that I know I can get the best of care for whatever I may need.
I'm very happy with staff and doctors. I have some little issues.but nothing like every hospital I have been in.or doctors office.they our caring and polite.
I received a liver transplant here. The Doner and the surgical team saved my life. What more can I say.
I've had a few experiences with Keck and I'm decidedly NOT a fan. Waiting rooms become crowded past 8. They mix the sick and the not-sick into the waiting areas. The wait-times are long, even for the first appointment as they double and triple-book.
This place, once an incredible medical facility, has become an industry and is all about making money.
There are better places to go in LA for medical care.
Great experience, the Drs, Nurses and staff were very professional and made the 4 days in the hospital as good as they could be. The food could be better - but what hospital really has great food?
Good medical care with doctors that care and actually spend time speaking wit you about your health.
