39This place will help you depending what kind of car you drive inn with. I drove inn with car that's worth 1k no one came to me help me. I had to go inside to get someone attention.even then they wasnt trying to help me. 2nd car of 25k after 1 min some salesman was talking to me.asking what kind of car I was looking for or trade inn.then I came in my truck of 90k. I had a salesman lock eyes with me since I pull inn. I'm driving into customer parking.he is patiently waiting for me.next to my truck to walk to me. I waited 2 min before I got off the truck.once I step out he was trying to sell me a car.moral of the story Don't judge the book.
Service department was the most inconsiderate I have ever encountered. Did not return KIA corporate phone calls/emails and did not return my calls in timely manner either. (KIA corporation's customer service was good, but dealership/service dept doesn't even look or respond to your complaints to KIA). Service so bad will not recommend getting service done here or purchase a car here either (I bought the car from there).
They always manage to make the experience so terrible. Their "advisors" are a joke! They have no knowledge of Kia. Not the cars, just policy and procedures. I ask them a question they say ask the cashier's. I ask the cashier's, they say the only ones that could help are advisors. Their sales people surround you trying to get you to get a new car. And apparently clap back at customers when they respond to no! I saw it today in their waiting area.idk, their customer service is trash the manager of this location needs to be fired! All their staff needs to be retrained or terminated too many people standing around not doing anything. Get your chet together Kia of ALHAMBRA! I only go here now for recalls. Which btw has been more than 6 times since I've had my car. I've had it 6 years. So once a year? Is that supposed to be that often? Probably not.
Buyer beware! I just received my credit report that i asked for a copy of when visiting the dealership. The sales specialist Perla lied to me telling me my credit score was 690, credit score showed a high of 729. She was also very rude and condescending. I still considered buying a car from these people dude to proximity convenience, but there is no organization there. The receptionist can never forward you to the right person and you can never speak with a manager.
Update: you have to go to the right people here, I ended up coming back just because I didn’t have time to go to every dealership in town looking for the best deal. I mostly dealt with the manager Ramin. He’s courteous and pretty straight forward which I appreciated. You can’t win dealing with this industry either they will get you on the MSRP or interest rate. I can say though I am satisfied with my deal and my car. I still had a better experience here than Kia of DTLA where I bought my last car.
Also service department here is good. Better environment and customer service than KIA of DTLA.

I'm over here waiting for my state refund check. Rumors are spreading that if Dumpy Trump shuts down the government again we might not get our refunds any time soon.
So of course I was excited to see my check in the mail. I take it in, caressing it, sniffing it, glowing with contentment. I rip it open, full of excitement. I stare at it for a few seconds trying to figure out how I got so much. Then the rest of it unfolds. It's an advertisement from a thirsty car dealership. Kia of Alhambra, the one with those cheesy, low budget commercials.
They knew what they were doing when they printed out those bunk checks. They even put the statue of liberty on them. Not nice! Now I'm completely turned off by this place.
So I contacted Kia of Alhambra with interest in a Kia Optima with leather seats. I was contacted by Lupita Ayala there, she seemed like such a good sales person. I live pretty far from Alhambra but I wanted this car really bad so I thought let me just make sure i'll be able to get it before heading out there. I have a pre approval so to confirm I asked her "do you guys work with my bank? " She responded yes and this was in fact true. I also asked her to LOOK OVER the paperwork and have someone in finance take a look at it please to make sure everything was together for me to sign for the car on the day I came to see it. SUPER EASY SALE FOR KIA OF ALHAMBRA. Lupita assured me that I will be able to get the car, she looked at my paperwork and even had a manager take a look and everything will be OK once I get there.
So i get there and Lupita isn't even there, never notified me that i will be working with someone else. Not only that, their finance manager takes a quick look at the paperwork I have for my preapproval and says theres one piece of information missing and that I can't sign for the car.unbelievable. I confirmed with Lupita at least 3 times to prevent this from happening but obviously she did not care about my time or my money (i spent over $60 ubering there and back for no reason!) I even waited a day to go get the car because Lupita had a day off and I didnt want her to lose a sale. So i wasted my time because of poor attention to detail on Kia of Alhambra's part.
I called the next morning and the vehicle was sold. What a surprise.
Shame on Lupita AND her manager Ilene because I even called and spoke with her and she said she looked over there paperwork and we will be good. I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY DEALING WITH THESE JOKERS.

Worked with Kinverly M to set an appointment that was best for me. All the staff was great, especially Lupita Ayala, sales, who took me to survey the inventory, crunched the numbers, and swung a homerun for my final sale price, with Kia warranties. Special thanks to Alex, in the finance office. I went in at 11am and drove off at 230pm. Feels good! Feels right!
Very professional atmosphere employees very kind and friendly and service was quick went there for my daughters car to get serviced we were super satisfied we will continue comming back for all our Kia needs since we purchased our car here
I love this location because its close to work. I take my car in uber back to work and pick up a clean well oiled vehicle.

I just took my car for service it was fast and I saved a carwash because they washed my car for free thank you so much and for everything since day one thank you to Maria Elena you made everything so fast and easy for me to buy my car thank you for your patience definitely I'm going to look for you for my next buy
My initial experience here was phenomenal. I believe my service advisor was Gustavo. He didn't try to pressure me to get anything extra which i appreciate. They even fixed a couple clips on my under carriage for free. I felt like i was tooken care of here they've earned my business here for now on.
Alberto was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend this dealership and Alberto to friends.

GUSTAVO was amazing! Even on his day off he made sure i had a name of someone to stay in contact with. I will go back again when i need service for my car only because of the great customer service. I suggest you make it easier to reach the service people we need, whoever answers the phone doesnt even know the name of all the people who work there. Thank you!
Cicilia blatantly and deliberatly lied about down payments and monthly payments just to get me in. They will sell you a dream over the phone just to get u to come in. Nothing about the contract matched the service they promised over the phone. There seems to be no integrity at the expedient of making a sale.
