Jose Sigala did a great job with explaining what was going to be done to my car. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

This is my second time here for an oil change and everyone was great. I had taken my car to another dealer for an oil change and they told me I needed new break pads ASAP but I couldn’t believe I went from green to red!
The Alhambra team took a look and told me what the measurement was and told me I still have plenty of drive left. Thank you for being honest, I will only be coming back to this place for service from here on out!

Jose my advisor was great. Only issue is I spent longer then planned. They corrected a recall issue but didn't tell me. I would of preferred to come back when I had more time. I am glad it was completed any how.

I enjoyed my time there. Very friendly people at the service center. Gus was so helpful and friendly. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable for asking a question. Always had time no matter how busy it was. I will come again.

My visit to Kia of Alhambra was amazing. Gus Gonzales was very helpful and gave me great advise. I dropped off my car and was given a warm welcome and a much needed coffee. Very honest and straightforward. Tech found my problem and fixed it. Plus a cleaner car was returned to me. Will be bringing my car more often to Kia of Alhambra, plus dealer is 5min from home.

I took my car in Sat.morning for service and was created and helped by Gustavo Gonzales who was very impressionable. This time I choose to wait while service was being done. Was very pleased!

Great place to service your Kia. They offer free WiFi, DirectTv entertainment a wide variety of Hot Beverages snacks Fruit and Cold Drinks. Clean bathrooms, great Staff and best of all you get a complementary free car wash. Really a great place.

Is always a great honor for me to go to Kia Alhambra to get my car maintenance done. I love the people attitude! They are so friendly! Attentive to everybody love that please! And they do an excellent work every single time I go to get my car work done!

Took my 2018 Kia Optima in Monday morning for my first oil change and to see if they would be able to fix my air conditioner after it just stopped working due to a collision shop error. I was offered a complimentary Uber ride, so I took my sister to the movies and after the movie my car was ready. Got back to the dealership and Steven walked me through everything that they had done to my vehicle! Outstanding work! My car came out perfect, clean and washed and a fresh oil change!

I did my research and went to this dealership. It was clean and organized. The car selection amount isn't the best, but it had the car I wanted. My sales rep was straight forward and attended to all my requests in regards to lowering down the price as much as possible. There was the typical bargaining process, then we agreed on a deal, sealed it, and within 3 hours, I was on my way home with a brand new car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I always get my car serviced at Kia of Alhambra and the employees here are nice and welcoming. They go over with me everything that was done on my car once the service is completed and give my car a nice wash. They also offer a service where I can get dropped off anywhere while I wait.

Always happy with Kia of Alhambra. 20K service was a breeze. My car service was complete and car washed in less time than they said. Shuttle service was actually an Uber, so basically effortless. Good stuff.

So far nothing but bad experience. I had to bring my car back for the fifth time due to the engine light coming back on.and now that I'm here no body bothers te see if I need assistance
