26Service center is TERRIBLE with communication! Very hard to get in touch with your service advisor! Never calls you about the status of your car, I've had to call them all day just to find out that they don't even have the part to fix my car and it'll take TWO DAYS to get SHOCKS? They've had my car for the last 8 hours and now it had to stay overnight because they're not prepared. I have an extended warranty plan and they can't provide them with the info they needed in 6 hours to find out whether it's covered? Wasting my time, I will not be getting my car serviced here anymore. The previous time I took my car for a recall and it was the same situation. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!
Lack of explaining the features of cars and Pushy salesman just want to get you out the door with a car you might not want.
Nothing against the service staff, the guy who helped me was very nice. But it took 30 minutes for someone to come to my car and it’s a 3+ hour wait for basic oil change service on a Wednesday, and there is absolutely nothing around this location. They don’t have coffee or water (covid precaution I guess) and a guy told me the only place in walking distance is Jack in the Box. Came here instead of downtown because the wait there is also crazy but obviously didn’t make much difference. Spacious waiting area is the only good thing. Wouldn’t recommend it but if you get a Kia do not pay for their service package, just get oil changes every 6 months to keep the warranty valid and save hours of your life!
Update: takes forever to get your car after you pay and they tried to overcharge me (they said I needed some fluid replaced that wasn’t included in my prepaid service plan). The guy who helped me was at lunch, so they took off some and I ended up paying $10 more than quoted just to get out of there after 4 hours.
1. When you are presented with the tax and fees, add it up on your own. Numbers didn't add up. "Internal charges" They fixed it tbf, but why is it hidden? Also the price and fees disclosure is intentionally confusing. I've seen the same thing elsewhere that was clear. Why?
2. After you sign, they are DONE with you. You need to have a parts list and check the ads with extreme care. Did not disclose there was only one key with this vehicle until they gave it to us at the end. "Sorry that's it". Called to ask for some consideration. Answer quote "you signed, the deal is done. You can call and talk to service". I mean, this should have been discussed during negotiation, but noone told us until it is over. Check EVERYTHING. "Hey wait, there is no cargo cover (was in the ad), "Hey, I was sure this thing had floormats earlier". Oh well, deal is done.
3. As per other comments, yeah, they do hang out in the computer room at the front and pull their masks down to talk and joke. I mean, guys, we can see you in there.
Little stuff that adds up, and the way it is dealt with is not customer focused. Just get the sale, and get them out.
I’ve called multiple times today and they can never get me in touch with the finance department. So glad I won’t have deal with them much longer.

Lots of competitive sales reps trying to sell you just anything and only thinking about their selfish ways and how to earn more money of there commission instead of giving the customer the service they need
Great customer service. I take my car there regularly for both warranty and maintenance, and so far, very pleased with the experience. If you get to work with Manuel or Carl, you're in good hands. People take ownership of their work here.
You would think after buying or leasing a vehicle since 2006, I would get some discounts on maintenance.

Every time I go in for an oil change they try to get me to do services that were recently done or that don’t need changing every other visit make sure you know your vehicle or they’ll up sell you every time
Great facility to wait. Sales people can be aggressive but you're at a dealership remember? Free coffee, wifi, TV, and plenty of space to study (if you're a student like me.) they usually wash your car after service but if it's raining like today it's kinda pointless.
The salesman mr. Blue was awesome & I recommend him to any1 he is the best & I am very satisfied we my 2019 kia sportage

After having a bad experience at another dealer, I was so happy to be treated fairly and honestly by my salesperson, Abby. She made sure to honor the written quote and terms agreed upon by email. She was kind and helpful and everything went smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend her and this Kia dealer to friends and family.
Horrible service, would not recommend. No offer of shuttle service, no notification of car being ready after waiting for 2 hours in lobby with only 4 customers waiting for only an oil change.
I went in to speak with Sonia and she went above and beyond courteous respectful friendly with my children and husband just all around an unforgettable and the best car buying experience I've ever had!
Mr. Alabama was the best. He was the only one I spoke to in the entire transaction.unt I signed the final paperwork with finance. I had heard about him but didnt believe it until I experienced it. "Alabama" made biying a car a great experience. As I looked around the room, I saw a lot of confusion with the other salesmen and customers. Several clients had 3 and 4 people talking to them. Didn't happen to me
