26Fast service, overall decent experience. Would give better rating if, like other dealers I've visited, they had a kids area and maybe some small snacks and bottled water. They only have coffee and water fountains.
Great customer service but the wait (4 hrs) & counting; is just too much. But this is Thanksgiving weekend, right?

Worst service ever starting with top management i had an accident iside property in one of the cars wile sales person driving it was a minor accident but no help or responce from any body also am still waiting on the second key and the manual of the kia srtage 2019 and no answer from no one

Jessica Rodriguez is awesome! She took excellent care of me. She explained everything that was going to happen during the service. Very knowledgeable. She is so great! She deserves a raise!
Very unprofessional and give the client the run around just to have a car that's under warranty and needs to be serviced
