I was able to get in and out of the hospital both times I had the COVID vaccine shots, and the personnel was really friendly and inviting.

Everyone was super nice and they had a parking lot that was free! Came here for my covid vaccines and process was fast and unproblematic.

Kindred Baldwin Park deserves 5 stars! The staff was very friendly and professional. After getting my covid vaccine, they made sure that i understood everything i need to know about it. Thank you Ms. Carol for those gentle hands, Ms. Olivia and the rest of the team for all the hard work you do.

I was full of gratitude today as I returned to Kindred Baldwin Park to proudly share videos of my dad who we were able to bring home 35 days ago, after a month long stay at BP. We are grateful for Brandon (my dad’s super caring PT who arranged his daily schedule to do PT @ noon to coincide with my mom’s visitations so she could be a part of dad’s therapy), to Erik (our OT who made sure my dad had range of motion movement every other day) to the many wonderful RT’s (Ron, Jonathan, to name a couple we learned so much from and who eventually got my dad weaned off ventilator) to the many nurses of unit 200 who fielded my daily calls for updates. To Tessie, chief of staff, who ensured we had quality visitation throughout my dad’s time there and especially to the front desk folks (Eric & Yvette) who warmly welcomed us each day. And finally to Jiwah for advice and coordination to get my dad home those final weeks. It took a village and those I mentioned never gave up on my dad. Thank you!

I received my Pfizer COVID vaccine shot and booster at Kindred Baldwin and the process was quick and easy! Paperwork was a breeze and the shots were painless. The staff was pleasant and the hospital was very clean. I would return again for my booster.:)

I wanted to thank the staff at kindred baldwin park for taking such good care of my dad. Special thank you to the respiratory department and dr rambatla. With all their work, they were able to take my dad off his breathing tube and talking and eating again. We were very happy with the care he got. He is in so much better shape than what he came here with. Once again thank you from the seguna family.

Only reason why I'm giving Kindred a 2 stars max is because as a nursing student you get to learn a lot of procedures and skills like NG tube, foley, IV insertion, IV medication, wound treatments, etc.and I like their goals and mission where they are rehabilitation focused but otherwise it is a poorly run facility which gives an opposite effect of their goal and mission. First of all, they do not train new grad nurses well. They pretty much treat them like seasoned nurses. Second, I do not like the charting software (ProTouch) which looks like an 80's-90's computer which is totally insecure and at high risk of security breach. Thirdly, I do not like the atmosphere of the facility as it is subpar (they do not even use pyxis to organize their medications. The store the patients medications in a locked wooden cabinet which is old school. The treatment nurse is on top of her work but still the overall patient care is poor. I would still send students here for clinical but I do not recommend sending your family members here or working here.

Just like to say my Sister (who has down syndrome) stayed there three years prior due to pneumonia. Then recently again for the same thing. For like a week straight, there was not one day one or more of the staff came in from three years prior that they seen or heard Terri was there and they had to come in and say hi and give her words of encouragement. After three years! That meant so much to Terri and the family. We will always remember that.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! PLEASE READ MY YELP REVIEW! IF YOUR LOVED ONE IS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK OR ADVOCATE FOR HIM OR HERSELF, PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT SENDING THEM HERE! VISITATION IS NOT ALLOWED DURING THIS COVID-19 EPIDEMIC, THEREFORE, GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT OCCURS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS! PLEASE ADHERE TO THIS WARNING, IT CAN SAVE YOUR LOVED ONE'S LIFE! I AM GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO PLACE MY REVIEW WITHOUT IT. ALSO, BECAUSE THERE WERE TIMES, NOT MANY, THAT I WAS PLACED IN MY FATHER'S EAR SO THAT HE CAN HEAR MY VOICE.

Don't send your love to this hospital. My mom died there and no one notify family member to see her when she is clear. After she is unconscious they still no any action to notify family member to come until we strongly request. It just only 5 minutes by turn. Their reason is COVID 19. Even My mom did not have COVID 19. After my mom died, I sent few email to CEO Larry to report nurse, doctor, social worker, case manager regarding every follow up is not close, that made us loss chance to communicate with our mom, she choose no any feedback. This is very unprofessional hospital. Remember DON'T SEND YOUR LOVE TO HERE!

This place helped me recover to be able to go back to where I was living. The CNA’s were very helpful, especially Kin who me feel comfortable all the time. There were something’s needed to improve at the beginning but the staff took action. Thank you kindred staff!

I have been in this facility for 3 weeks. The staff here is very good. The LVN's, RN's, and CNA's are a complete army. All the nurses are well coordinated and they do anything they can to make you feel better. The therapist are gentle in the way they handle you, but yet still manage to have progress in the recovery. My Doctor (PETER CHI) has been constantly checking on any changes that occur and is asking of my well being. He is a great Doctor. My stay here is calm due to the attention I receive from Dr. See-prats. She is more than a Doctor that goes beyond her duties to maintain me at ease when I feel overwhelmed. The patient advocate Isamar has checked on me frequently just to see if I have any concerns. The maintenance staff is also very respectful and always maintain my room clean. Thank you very much to all the staff at Kindred.

I didn't know exactly what to expect with My son entering kindred Hospital and can tell you at first i was really uncomfotable being in the ward we were at. The two people came to say they were to take pictures of my son without paperwork asking for consent and the comunication between the staff were kind of harsh. But his Dr changed his ward and we have had the best experiance being where he was at. After a few weeks being in the hospital my son has been getting better, the comunication between the staff and i are great, very pleasant kind and clean i have had the pleasure of knowing my son has had the best care Thank you to all staff at Kindred Hospital.
