Kindred Hospital Baldwin Park

I have been very pleased with all the nurses and Drs and all the other staff, they go beyond their work duty. My stay here has been wonderful, the room has been cleaned! Thank you for caring for me and dealing with my attitude at times.

My dad has been here for two weeks, and I really want to thank all the nurses but specially, ALMA the CNA in unit 100. All the staff from the front receptionist, to the housekeeping ladies who are very friendly and all the amazing nurses have been very helpful and polite and show great work ethics at all times. I am very happy to know there's people who care for others family members. Thank you may God bless you all for your hard work.

All the staff at kindred Baldwin Park have been amazingly helpful especially Dr. Bhasin, he has a lot of patience with me and answered all my questions. The house keeper Maria Louisa, has been so uplifting every time I visit she would encourage me to stay positive and assured the room was well kept. Also Isamar, patient advocate who heard all my complaints at the beginning and was able to make changes. The social worker Jaclyn, was helpful and guided me with all the paperwork since admission. The physical therapist Leticia, and the whole physical therapy team have help my husband tremendously when he came here he couldn’t even move and now he is able to stand he is in a much better place, he will be transferring today to receive more physical therapy and then return home with me I am so grateful for the entire Kindred Baldwin Park Team who have made this possible and help my husband.

This is the worst place ever. The staff and medical professionals are rude and also do not care about the patients. Let me say that my father was their a year in a half ago n I had to Mia him out of that hospital and take him to the intercommunity hospital, love that hospital. I received a phone call from my dad was he was in the hospital screaming and crying. Their are nurses that treat the patients like if the u were a bother to them. My dad was also left in a dirty diaper and Nome of the staff would clean. I would advise that anyone who loves their family do not put ur family in their care. That was the worst Decision that I had ever made regarding my dad.

Thank you for took a good care of my mom. Staffs are so kind and caring and very professional. Thank again from the bottom of my heart.

My grandma is there i went to see her yesterday and i was very happy with everthing she is happy with her care also thank you kindred staff.

I want to thank you for taking good care of my auntie Chake Yaghjian while she stayed there. When I visited her at the hospital, the place was clean and the staff answered all my questions to the fullest. They treated her with utmost care and dignity. Thank you again. Please keep up the good work.

My uncle was at kindred Baldwin Park for almost a month. The staff was great. I have to give it up to Isamar she went above and beyond to make sure I got all my answer and that every test was perform on my uncle. Thank you for everything you did Isamar, I've been through a lot these last 4 months and you have help me out so much.

My mom was there for 21 days. The nursing staff was great and the facility was nice. My only concern was that the doctors were very very slow on getting back to me with information.

Nice people there. Nice nurse and good CNA. Office personnels are nice too willing to listen and explain in details. Here got a very good rehab team.they do more than care with heart.

They do not do anything for they patient the place smells all the time like fish the doctors do not tell you anything they says that it is a full time care but it's not every three weeks they move patients in and out

My mother has been there twice in a mater of weeks. And with my schedule being so very upside down. I could show up any hour. Personal care from staff. And individualized dealings with the family of patients in there care. From communication. Too visiting hours. And bending things to adjust to our situations and requests. Quite nice change in what's more familiar with me in Pasadena.

Pretty disgusting place. Dirty bathroom. No where to sit and visit loved one. It's a nightmare and not sure what to do
