Kindred Hospital Ontario

Everybody at the kindred hospital have been really great in the care of my mother. I'm so grateful for all they do!

This place is the worst place to be at. Doctors change weekely, nurses aren’t willing to take the extra step to make sure patients are okay. This facility just has everyone sleeping. In every unit everybody sleeps for almost 24hours. With the change of doctors weekly, doctors never get to know a patients medical history they base off of what nurses tell them. Adding on, a doctor is usually never there, doctors come once a day for about 30 mins to check all of there patients and leave. I’m not sure how this place is considered a hospital. In my option this isn’t a hospital this is a place to wait for death slowly.

One of the poster in the hospital reminded me of the KINDRED crew that caught my eye at the front lobby. INTEGRITY- It stated "Is doing the right thing even when no one is watching".

I have been a patient here at Kindred for more than a year and the service was great! Staff is courteous, professional and very helpful!

My step dad has been here since January of 2019 and it's been nothing but hell for us. As I'm reading these reviews a lot of people are not happy with this place and all we want is to get better and or to bring our loved ones home. Kindred hospital I see your responses but I know nothing is getting done. What needs to happen for someone from above to make a difference. There is too many incidents, neglect and abuse that is happening here. Lawsuits doesn't seem to cause a change because it keeps happening. These are people's lives this hospital is dealing with and these people didnt ask to be here. Something need to be done immediately. Stop thinking about your pockets and start taking care of lives.

Okay my name is William I'm a patient here at Kindred Hospital in Ontario California and I must say at first I was a little nervous about coming to this facility.i am paralyzed from the chest down and have had complications which have landed me in many different hospitals and nursing homes.never have I rated 5 stars.from the very first night they made me feel so welcome and even at home.patient relations Sabrina has made sure my accommodations here are top-notch not just for me but for my wife who visits I must give special thanks to Shirley who has literally made me feel like a son to her. Darcy Tabitha and Tamiko who have undoubtedly been so kind almost as if I were family and will never hesitate to help me even if theyre not my cna for the night.the whole wound care staff are hands down the best ive ever experienced.physical therapists Monique and Isabelle heave made great progress with my legs and have made it fun as well.there are far too many people here to list.all my nurses have been great and response times when i push the call light are way above average.all in all i would definitely recommend this facility to anybody who is looking for grade A service whether it be for themselves or a loved one.
