Kohl's Santa Maria

Kohl's has a great return policy I have been just returning some things that I had gotten ship and they just are really great at returning your items. Great customer service and the store is very clean and they have great coupons.

Needed to stop in for a necessity item. The store was not crowded, the staff was super friendly and they were cleaning and wiping up everything.

ALOT OF GREAT DEALS, JUST BEWEAR OF 80%OFF.
NOT ALL THINGS ARE 80%OFF. VERY GOOD DEALS ASSOCIATES ARE VERY HELPFUL, EVEN PEOPLE WORKING IN THE BACK, THE. CAGE.

Love Kohl's! Just one thing though.as one of the first customers in this morning, I do kind of expect the store to be, at least, picked up. There are clothes laying on the floor under the racks, etc. Would think maybe some employees could come in an hour early perhaps. Just to put things in order. Just a thought.

I found the third piece for my luggage set on sale 60 percent off plus had 20 percent off store wide coupon. Combined with the $30.00 in Kohls cash I only payed $43 for a $200.00 piece of luggage. Love it

What can I say it's Kohl's you can find some great deals with Kohl's cash percentage off coupons and sales

This is one of the best Khols I've been to thus far. The staff is helpful and attentive. The selection of items is great. The store is laid out logically and is very easy to navigate.

The store is open late, service for on-line order pickup was quick and friendly and the store looked generally better kept up than most Kohl’s I’ve been to.

Never find anything say its like mervyns but it's not. Junior clothes for other people I've found. Everything is always to big. And why is it so hard to buy Jeans anymore. Just straight leg slim fit pants you can't find.

Found the perfect outfit well 2 actually and on sale so had enough to by a little faux fur. Friendly and helpful staff.

Again we went looking for certain clothing items and did "not come away disappointed" their selections were abundant and the night shopping experience went very well.the staff was helpful and got us out and happy with our items purchased.

I purchased an item for in store pickup since I was going to be in Santa Maria. I also wanted to take advantage of purchasing some items and getting a chance at bonus Kohls dollars.

Upon arrival my daughter and I picked up some items for purchase. We then went to the back of the store to customer service for my online pickup. I previously did an online pickup from the same location months ago.

After waiting over 20 minutes, I get to the counter and the salesperson told me that online pickups were not there and I would have to go wait in that line at another location in the building. I said that I previously picked my items up from there and she said not now.

I said ok, could I pay for my 3 items I had there for the inconvenience and she said no, you have to go and pay in the main line. The main line was most likely a 25 min or more line.

I had to go wait in line for the online store pickup. I waited there 10 minutes. At that point, I abandoned my cart because I was not going to wait in another line.

This store is ridiculous. I will NEVER go back to the store.

If the location of the online pickup was change, at the very least there should have been signs in the line of the existing customer service line. Also the representative was not helpful at all.

Additionally in the customer service line there was a large sign in a metal sign holder that took up a portion of the entrance of the customer service area. The remaining area was broken into two lines, one for customer service and another for amazon returns. In between there was a barrier. Why do I mention this? This is a high risk issue and also against ADA regulations. If a person is standing in line there is not egress for someone in a wheelchair to exit without the people in line moving completely out of line to accommodate the person in the wheelchair. In an emergency there is only room for one person to exit.

20 employees, 12 cash registers, 4 are open, 50 people are in line, 3"s a crowd definitely doesn't apply here.

The staff here is amazing went in to get my kohls online orders btw saved a ton travis had us in and out of the stor in 15 minutes wow great staff clean store

I avoid this place like it has the plague, especially around the holidays, but my wife shops here to much I had to give it 5 stars. I get all of my business attire here and there's always fresh selections to peruse. I like the pillows too.

Kohl's has a good selection of clothes for all categories (men, women, etc.). With the recent sale and opening up a charge account, I was able to save around 65% on my total purchase price! Staff at our location have been courteous and helpful.

Megan was most helpful before we shopped and cashed us out with a very friendly, professional service. It's always nice to shop at Kohls.

I can return items to Kohl's that I purchased from Amazon which is great and get a discount from Kohl's on my next purchase in seven days. Love It.

There so helpful i definitely recommend you Tania and Petra were wonderful in the jewelry department I have shopped so many times at Kohl's and it's always a pleasure thank you for having such nice people working there!

This review has nothing to do with the staff. Its with the company “just what we do”. I was gifted a ring from here & did you know they ONLY carry size 7 in rings!? That’s all any Kohl’s has.
