Enjoyed my 3 years of working there years ago. Enjoyed helping the customers. Was respected and well liked by my customers and learned a lot about myself when I did work there. Well liked by management staff. The area I worked was always clean and organized when I was there.
This place is always a mess. Who wants to worry about tripping over clothes all over the floor when they shop. The clothes look nice on a shelf but when you look for a specific size you realize the items are all different, just the same color placed to make it look nice.
The staff could use some tips on how to treat customers. They most you get from them is when you check out and they hound you about getting a kohls card.
I know they are just doing what is asked of them as employees, but being nice and a smile doesn't cost a thing.
Need to keep ot cleaner. The dressing rooms are stacked with clothes and stuff on the floor fallen off hangers
