21 I went to Larchmont for breakfast with my daughter today, and I should have asked for a refund instead of staying.
1- I ordered eggs Benedict with Brioche bread, they served them with English Muffins
2- My order took pretty long to prep. I even wondered if they had forgotten about my order.
3- The breakfast Potatoes were not well prepared.
4- The power of food was ever more present. We could not enjoy our conversation at the table because we were too distracted noticing how the food was not well preped or served.
5- We were very disappointed at the service and the careless manner that the lady at the register (whose been there for a while) handled it.
6- We've been there before and had never experienced such poor customer service.
7- If the cashier has a supervisor; I hope he/she reads this and reminds her of the importance of excellent customer service. We pay for our food and service, it's not free.
