He is such a rude person, i went to emergency room and need to follow up with him, but he didn’t give me app, horrible staff.

If I could I will give this place ZERO. There front desk MA Melissa is horrible. She does not have any empathy for the patients. I was reading the reviews that people have given about the MA'S that how horrible they are but i guess MANAGEMENT is sleeping. If wonder if there is any management. I feel bad for the M. D.who has to work with such a terrible staff. No wonder he is always in different clinics as he might not have enough patients to attend in the clinic due to HORRIBLE staff.

Have four broken ribs doctor prescribed me skin cream with lidocaine in it and Tylenol with codeine for four broken ribs then wrote Jose's name on it on the prescription instead of my own good luck it's your taking your own life in your hands walking in there

Receptionist Denied me from getting seen because they confused me with someone the had a problem with a couple mins before i called.unprofessional

If I could put 0 stars O would. Receptionist gave me a hard time during my initial call to inquire about services. Then she told me that they stopped taking patients at 4: 00 but close at 4: 30. I pulled into the parking lot and was in the door by 4: 04, the rceptionist said that the doctor left.how? That was enough for me.

Absolutely Lathrop Urgent Care now that Dr “Raj” Maheshwari took over. His entire office staff including their office Manager Melisa is ALWAYS so helpful and on top of things. My entire family from ages 8 to 46 all use the Doctor for Primary Care, Pediatric Care and Urgent Care. We have been going here for almost 5-6 years now. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!

I made an online appointment in the morning and was seen the same day. The attending Practitioner Ana was listening to my concerns and was very professional.

I made an appointment online that was great not long waited. Staffs were friendly and doctor very nice.

This was my first experience with Dr. Mareshwari. I was very happy with his friendly and personable crew. Dr Mareshwari was attentive and focused on getting me back in the game so to speak. I was afraid that I'd continue feel bad and miss my vacation. NOPE, ALL GOOD

Places a joke ever since the new doctor took over they're make patients wait for 3 hours if you're a walking and a good 2 hours if you have an appointment and then don't give referrals when you ask

Worst urgent Care I have ever been to, drove about 30min to get here with my hurt daughter only to be told I have to be an existing patient to be seen (makes no sense). The receptionist was very dismissive I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Raj and his staff are amazing. I had to look for a new Primary care physician since my insurances changes and I can truly say Dr. Raj and Co.are great. Truly cares about your well being. Since I have made him my primary I have had nothing but positive reviews. Even if he is not there his staff is fully capable to treating you. I have had them treat me and nothing changed. Just expect to be there a little while. I recommend going and being the first one there so you are in and out.

I wish I could give 0 stars this place is so bad and dirty It looks like the equipment hasn’t been updated sense the 70s. The doctor doesn’t care about what you have to say at all. I had to wait in the room for almost an hour to be seen. The patients bed had huge holes in it, super uncomfortable stay away from this place.

Working in the Healthcare field and also being a patient at LUC, some of these comments are just plain rude, This is NOT an Emergency room there is a wait time at Urgent cares you also don't come here with a laundry list of problems, be courteous of others that need to be seen too, I have had nothing but positive experience with the staff and providers and will recommend this facility always. And as always if you don't like the place don't go or better yet get better insurance so you can go elsewhere.

My girlfriend an step sister went in to get checked out an the physician was very innappropiate he was checking out my girlfriend an telling my 12 yr old step sister she to lose weight an to try to look like my girlfriend an then proceeded to continue to speak innappropiatly. To say the least I would never allow my child or significant other to go here without being attended

Just had a walk in, The place is open, receptionist told me the Dr will not be in at all? I don't understand why is open then? Make no sense.

I came yesterday at 9: 15am I was then told he wasn't coming in til 10: 30am. I come today at 2: 30pm he is not seeing anymore patients! Says it all.

This is one of the best urgent cares i have been too on the west coast. The Doctor was really easy to talk to and was very caring an helpful. I will definitely be going back, and referring my friends & family.
