25I'm not sure what's going on with this place. Wrong dates are given for appointments or they call you the same to cancel your appointment. Sometimes waiting 2weeks making it 3 weeks when caceld It's unacceptable time to find new doc. It's sad because I like my doc
I like this place, the staff is super nice and helpful, not rude at all like these comments say.
The doctor is never there. The office only has medical assistants in their office from the time they open at 9am up until 130 in the afternoon. No physicians assistant, No doctor, No nurse. Only rude medical assistants! I will be reporting this office to the California State Medical board. Sending the paperwork in today! My elbow has been fractured since last Wednesday and i have yet to see him to be referred to the orthopedic surgeon. This is BEYOND unprofessional!
Had an appointment at 10 didn't get seen till 11: 30 and they couldn't help my husband because they had A bunch of walkins. Sorry but we should of had priority since we made an appointment in advance weeks ago! My husband had to get the day off from work. All for nothing. Horrible! Changing my pcp!
Well for start I do not know why they bother to post hours of operation, because they do not follow them the Dr can stop seeing patients at any time for what ever reason. Second this online appointment system dose not work, I made the mistake of doing that. It's really sad that someone who was suffering and could not get in to there primary MD could not even be seen at a urgent care. I hope no one bothers going here just a waste of time.
