My experience with Lexus was great. JV was super helpful and straightforward making the whole process quick and easy. He was able to find the perfect Lexus for me and he took the time to make sure everything was to my liking.

Absolutely Love it! Zabi Nasiri was our salesman, he explained everything to us from top to bottom, he gave us a great deal and made it super easy for us to buy our first new Lexus! Great Guy.

I bought a car by Ms. Rachel a year ago.
She is an amazing.
Everything is perfect.
She is a professional dealer.
Her assistance is not finish during a year.

By far the best buying experience due to the Excellence in customer service. If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend taking the drive to Pleasanton before you try any other Lexus dealership. Ask for Jeff Lao

Cars and service are expensive. They do good work but you pay for it. Always ask what they are doing in the service. Sometimes you pay for totally unnecessary work. It helps if you have car knowledge going in.

John let me to a wonderful new car purchasing experience here at Lexus of Pleasanton! Straightforward, customer focused and most of all, no stupid lies around anything.

My brother leased a brand new suv from this dealership and was experiencing deflating tire issues on and off during entire first year. He brought this to their attention on two different occasions but they did not not do anything because they didn’t “find anything. ” We took the car to Costco Tire for a second opinion and their was a freaking nail in the tire that was holding the leak the entire time. Utter incompetence of the highest order. Geez f sake.

The service department at this place is a solid 5-five stars! From drop off to pickup, Manny Solano took great care of me and kept me in the loop about everything my car needed. If you're a Lexus owner in the Tri-Valley-this place is your go-to shop.

I purchased a used Lexus from this dealership. First class treatment from every one I dealt with, from the sales staff, to the service writers. I would purchase from them again knowing the high business ethics of the staff.

Although always courteous they always seem to have logistics problems. And the mechanics always leave black scuff marks on my car's interior that I always have to wait for them to clean before I can drive off

I've purchased many vehicles in my life, but this was undoubtedly the best car buying experience I've had. My salesperson was Charek, and he was very patient and accommodating in assisting me with several requests, IE many pictures of the vehicle I was buying, even showing me some slight damage to the vehicle. His honesty and transparency was very important to me as I was considering buying the car and having it shipped to NY, with no opportunity to actually see the car up close, let alone be able to drive it. I dealt with several other dealerships before buying from Charek and Lexus of Pleasanton, and I continually was given the car salesperson "hard sell", and even being blatantly lied to one one occasion.
This did not occur with Charek, he treated me with respect and followed through on everything he promised.
My Mercedes Benz SLK was delivered 2 days ago (to NY) and it is everything he represented it to be, no surprises.
Lastly, I would also like to give credit to the financial office, in my case David Lin. They shipped all the paperwork to me in one day, and also provided a return one day envelop, and then returned all the signed documentation to me in a day. Very professional and excellent service with no "surprises".
Thank you Charek and all the staff at Lexus of Pleasanton for making this transaction so personable and forthright.

This last visit to this location was pretty good. Sometimes they focus too much on selling you services you don't need but they fella that helped us this time was honest and helpful.

I am having my car service here & it’s taking longer than expected. Their would be issues with the parts that come in or the technicians thought the problem was stemming from something else, it’s absolutely ridiculous aren’t the technicians suppose to know what’s wrong? Aren’t they trained to know what’s wrong with a vehicle? I just want my car back that is all & I am not taking it back here for the service it needs.

Test drove at another Lexus dealership. I really liked the salesperson and I wanted to buy from him. He refused to send me an internet quote and several attempts to obtain one. Shaun De Guia sent the quote, stood by the quote without any hassle, and I bought the car! I never thought it was than easy to buy a car. I'm referring everyone i know to Shaun. Thanks Shaun!
