We were trying to negotiate the price of the car based on information we had. The manager was rude although Sales person Rachel seemed helpful. We were going there for the second time for this purchase. We left without buying because he said "our price was ridiculous and were jerking them around". Wouldn't want to go back there!

Waited one year for recall parts to be available then when they finally serviced my vehicle they damaged the wheel and never even ran the vehicle thru the car wash. Fremont Lexus takes care of there customers!

I just pulled up withiout any appointment as the tires didn't feel right. Robert Jones not only made me feel welcome but checked out and balanced the pressure on all the tires. He also snapped the little door handle which was about to fall off back in place. Thanks Robert. I really appreciate it. I just got this car and now you know where I will get it serviced. It is a little drive there for me - but I just live their service if they say one hour - it will be one hour or they come and let you know lobby had good coffee pastry wifi TV so no problem to wait
