Lexus San Diego

I made an appointment for routine service (first time here) for my wife's car, charging $240 for an oil change with topping fluid while claiming it's a dealership costs, sorry Mr. Ramon, i do take my cars to dealership, whether it's Mini, the Range or the Lexus, I'm just not going to leave it to your dealership. Not recommended.

My experience at Lexus of San Diego was the best. My salesman was Bill Patris. He took care of everything professionally and quickly. Was there for about an hour as they inspected my daughters car for a trade in. During the inspection Bill and I sat down and worked out the numbers. He got me a great deal. We went back 5 hours later to sign and pick it up. Daughter loves her new 2021 IS300. Thanks Bill we’ll see you next time. Also would like to mention Deanna in financing made it a pleasure to sign our documents. She was very friendly and explained all the options. Lorena sat with my daughter outside and explained all the gadgetry in the car while signed our paperwork. See everyone soon!

Alvin Duong is the best. His job title may be salesman but he goes beyond that and provides an all around great experience. He is not pushy at all, he really works to get you the best deal, he accommodates your multiple emails (ha), replies timely, is considerate, and is easily the someone I would go back to and also highly recommend. The Vette Z06 I was going to buy regardless but he is the one that truly "sold me" vs the others I was negotiating with. I can't speak for the rest of the Lexus dealership but if they are anything like him, then I'm sure it would earn 5 stars as well.

Love taking in my GX here! Came in for a 5K service/oil change, was met with the utmost professional courtesy. The person who helped me out with everything, Jeniffer, was extremely nice and accommodating. What would be a typical dreadful wait at the dealership was actually not bad at all, thanks to how nice and professional everyone was.

I have been going there faithfully for 11+ years but didn't feel treated quite right this last time.

Service is good and my advisor Andy is awesome! However, I paid for the full detail around 169.00 and dissatisfied with the result. From spotty side mirrors and rear view with finger prints. Also some black smudge on the Crome part of tires and debris in the door panels and steering wheel area. Not necessarily what I would expect.

Did not have any loaner cars for customers. Had the choice of going on a waiting list, Uber or Enterprise. Opted for Enterprise and had to wait for 1 hour 15 mins to get car. Ended up in a Hyundai. Complained to Lexus and all they did was say sorry and give me $30 off my bill. Such an INSULT!

This dealership is so out of control they don’t even have a general manager the service managers are Julie and Kyle they worship each other they choose not to help fix the big issue that I’m going through with my vehicle these two employees are races rude and unprofessional they miss treated me because I’m African American I’ve been going there for six years for the past two years has it been a nightmare dealing with this dealership

Great service. My go to service lady is gone unfortunately, but the new ones seem pretty good to go. More expensive than repair shops yea, but you're going to a place that looks at your vehicle type only and knows things a local repair simply wouldn't know since this is their specialty. 5 stars because I've never once had a problem with them, always treated me professionally. Overall a great place, nice waiting area with food, drink and entertainment. Got my loaner and came back few days later. I can appreciate a good and on time service area and am willing to pay the extra for it knowing that it's done right.

Mechanical service was great, but whoever did the complimentary car wash needs improvement. My car was left with streaks on my windows.

Outstanding customer service! Krystina gave a clear explanation and even followed up on some things for me regarding my vehicle maintenance. Great job for sure.

HQ is the best sales person I have ever worked with! He sold me my first Lexus 3 years ago and he just sold me my second! He treats you like a person and not a sale! He truly cares about you and makes buying a car an easy and enjoyable experience! I LOVE my NX thank you again!

Dropped of my ES350 for service and asked for some quotes other than my scheduled service. My experience went well. Was as attend right away. My vehicle was ready as they mentioned and quotes were recieved as request as well. Will be coming back out here for my continuing service.

Took my car to San Diego Lexus for the fifth time every 5000 miles to be told that they change the oil every 10,000 miles first time I heard of it and they still wanted to charge me $279 just to look at my vehicle and they wouldn’t reset the maintenance required unless they service my vehicle very disappointed to know this till now don’t know if I’m going back Only reason I gave it two stars is because they give me a rental car when I take my vehicle in

Dealt with Bill K and with manager Craig. Impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help. Entire transaction took 25 minutes of my time. Amazing prices and true Lexus quality customer service. I was impressed. Thank you for all your help.
