I recently purchased a new Lexus from this dealership. The experience was a no hassle, enjoyment. David M. (the sales associate) was available to answer any questions that came up even after the test drive. He made sure to point out the signature features during the test drive and allow me to test them out. The buying process was also easier than expected, and I am truly happy with my car.

Honestly I don't think I'll be returning to Lexus of SD. I've only had one service rep that didn't make me feel uncomfortable and he's gone. Two other Lexus dealers that I'll try in the future.

Not the nicest Lexus dealership, but ugly dealership usually means good deals. Service staff is the best one I've experienced; except on the weekends. High turn around in sales team, and definitely little to no sales training from management. Just because a Lexus sells itself doesn't mean you don't have to work a little.

What a total bummer of an experience. This is my 2nd visit and I've had the unfortunate experience of working with Hong on both occasions.

1st visit was last October. I was pricing out the lexus RX450h and the "sales rep" was soley focused on pushing the logo and luxury, focused on the sale, not the customer. I drive 800+ miles per week so every feature and detail is important to me. Hong couldn't figure out how to work the satellite radio features so he dismissed it and said we could talk about it later. I watched him fumble through the menus for 5 minutes, clearly demonstrating a lack of product knowledge.

2nd visit was today. I crossed my fingers and and hoped I wasnt greeted by the same rep and unfortunately I was. I gace him a 2nd chance, he didn't remember me, so I continued anonymously and asked to be shown the NX300. Sat in the show room model, then asked Hong if they had any certified pre-owned or left over new 2017s. Hong's attitude completely changed and appeared to be upset. He walks me up to the door and outside, and points to the certified lot next door across the street and wouldn't answer any more questions.

Little did he know, I was ready to pay cash and leave with a new car. This was the opposite of a luxury car experience. Complete fail.

Tire specialist not friendly and did not sufficiently answer my questions. Made to believe tire repair was covered under warranty when it was not. Not satisfied with experience. Put a bad taste in my mouth. Will question whether to get another vehicle from here.

I dropped off my car at my appointment time of 9: 00am, was asked if I was going to get a courtesy car. I said yes and was told to see my service advisor. Inside, there is a big sign at the counter with arrows that said "Service Advisor. " The woman behind the counter gave me attitude and told me to sit down. The person who initially greeted me, came back to get my fob. That should have been asked for when I was pulled up. When getting my courtesy car, I was asked for my insurance card. I replied that it was in my car. The man at the desk said he would ask for my car to be brought around, but he ran back and RIFLED THROUGH MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT AND PERSONAL THINGS to get my insurance card. That is not acceptable. I complained the to the manager, Kyle, who acted as though he didn't care. I will never return to Lexus for service and will probably never buy a Lexus again. The Infiniti dealer for my prior car had much better customer service.

The Staff was incredible. The service greeters especially, they were kind and friendly. A gentleman, Christian made sure I was taken care of, each time I come by- never disappointed. All the greeters were great make me feel welcome, every time!

I called in to check on the price for a few parts for my lexus and i get put on hold for 15 minutes and all the service person attempts to do during our talk is to manipulate me into bringing my vehicle in and warning me of the dangers of taking my vehicle into another automotive shop. His name is Russ
And this isnt the first time ive had such experience with lexus customer service. I am done with lexus. The brand is good but the customer service in sandiego is horrible.
