Lexus Santa Monica Service

I had a great experience with Lexus Santa Monica Service. She was straight forward and to the bottom line. She made my deal with the least hassle ever encountered in dealership. I would recommend and refer my friends and family to Lexus Santa Monica Service.

Very clean well spaced out due to COVid. However bring your own water and snacks if you wait. I expected it as they are adhereing to Covid restrictions.

Gave specific instructions not to test drive my modified IS came back with additional miles. Will not be returning.

Service appointment was quick and easy. Safe waiting area.
Calling in and the pain of booking was the cause for one star deduction.

Horrible experience! I brought my RX450h for the first service to this location as I live just a few blocks away. I regret my decision, big time! Not only they did not provide a loaner (unlike many other luxury brands), they returned my car unwashed stating that there was a problem with the carwash. Also, I discovered OIL stains! On the parchment interior: the driver's seat, armrest, and door were all dirty. Very disappointed with the quality of service. I guess I should be thankful that they have not damaged the exterior of my car. Indeed, I will drive to another location to service my car. I bought Lexus for build quality but should have considered service as well.

I checked my car and changed the breaks for $860! I’m not sure if I trust them anymore. Still Lexus Beverly is worst.

All the technicians are competent and give you prompt updates. The loaner car system is great. Had Ray James last time and he was great.

Friendly and reliable. Make an appointment. It's on the corner of 11th and Colorado. You can't make a left from Colorado onto 11th if you are going West due to the Expo line train so take a different route.
