Tim is my service advisor at Santa Monica Lexus and is nothing short of fantastic. They can always find an appointment in a reasonable time frame and even fill your tank w/ gas when you bring your vehicle in for recall work.

I love the SaMo Lexus service department. Everyone is always super friendly, courteous, and helpful. My service advisor this time, Rafael Navarro, was awesome - very helpful and nice. I love the update texts they send as well. And their espresso/ latte machine in the lounge. ;)
