I don't recommend coming here they lie and cheat you with quick talking conning sales tactics just to try and make you feel like you're getting something the only thing your getting is taking advantage of. The pictures pictures clearly shows floor mats but when we went to buy the vehicle they were gone all of them matt there sales rep stated if I want them I would have to purchase them myself! After we buy the vehicle.so the floor mats where $151.00 dollars out of my own pocket the front tires shake on the freeway and the gas gauge doesn't work I'm so freakin dreading having to go back to them to just to be told it's the freeway and not the tires.listen very closely to there words they say and how they say them cause they will take very much advantage of all YOUR MONEY!

Donald and the team at Lithia were second to none in assisting me with purchasing a used vehicle. Incredibly low-key, respectful, no pressure, and worked hard to ensure everything was just right with the car and I ended up getting a very good and reasonable deal. This was truly the best experience I have had buying a used car and will not hesitate to recommend Donald and the team at Lithia. As a side note, my dad bought a Bronco there in the late 80’s and had the same no-hassle, easy experience. Pretty cool in my book.

Chris, in the Lincoln department, was very professional, accommodating and kind! We received a very nice loaner car while ours was in the shop. I truly appreciated all the attention and help!

I would definitely go back to this dealership. I worked with Art and Jose and they did their best with getting me the best deal and made the experience fast and easy! I was pre-approved before hand so that made the experience that much faster. In and out in about an hour. I will be returning on future purchases!

I thought having an appointment would keep me from having to wait three hours for an oil change. It was over two ours past my appointment time that my vehicle was even pulled in the shop.

If you want to buy a car this is the place to go. Internet sales manager Theresa is a gem. The finance guy is the best and Vinny the customer service guy is supper. For a new car look no where else

Oscar Aguilar, in the Service Dept.went above and Beyond for me. He had my car checked over twice and fixed my keyless entry system. What Lithia did for me was just great and I was well taken care of. Thank you again for the great service. I'll be back!

I would give them 0 stars but no choice, they sold me a use car with extended warranty wich now the warranty wont pay for the broken car, been in the shop for at least 5 or 6 times with same issue, the dealer offer me to get another car buying my broken one wich i purchased from them for only $12000 leaving me to paid off the rest plus a new car, what a joke, we purchase 4 cars before from here but i guess wont be buying no more from them.

Went in as a first time buyer and left with a brand new 2018 Ford Focus with the help of an awesome guy name Angel he worked with me and helped me get approved with and awesome deal I would recommend him to anyone. Brand New Truck with 500 miles and FORD has lived up to its reputation of Fix Or Repair Daily. We bought got our brand new platinum truck of labor day weekend and were really excited about all of the trips we could take in it. What was supposed to be our family's first trip in our beloved new truck turned into our worse nightmare. We took the truck on a family trip to Sacramento this weekend and on Friday afternoon we made it about 105 miles down the 99 before we had about 10 different cars drive past us to tell us to pull over. It took us a few moments before we realized the good Samaritans were trying to tell us are brand new truck was smoking. My wife and I looked behind us and it was our worse fear smoke and a burning smell going down one of the deadliest highways at 70 mph. There were motorcyclists and big rigs flying past us and honking to get off the road. We were barely able to get to the shoulder without us getting hit and a truck had to swerve around us. We limped into a corner gas station just off of the freeway and immediately called our lithia ford dealership.by the time we calmed down and checked underneath the truck as it was still smoking we just had enough time to get a call in to the sales manager at Lithia. The truck needed to be towed to the closest dealership although we live in Fresno and we were headed to Sacramento for a baptism and wedding. At this point we tried thinking of all solutions so we can still make the family weekend trip. When I got through to Kevin at Lithia Ford all he could tell me was to call the 800 to take care of roadside service. There was no other advice or help he could offer and all he could tell me was that he understands my situation because he has a daughter and that wouldn't be good to be stranded on the side of the road. Thanks Kevin for your sentiments.
On my end I had to get a uber xl with my family from Salida CA to Sacramento and then had to find a ride back to fresno for my family. No loaner car by Lithia Fresno, or Loaner options that they could give me on Saturday. They haven't offered to go get the truck from modesto to bring it back to their shop so they can perform the service.

Here it is Monday and I have no follow up from Lithia Ford, my truck is still in Modesto, and they are not sure what's wrong, sounds like they may have to take the brand new transmission a part. I had to reach out to ford Lithia to remind them what had happened as they had no protocol to follow up with me this morning. This may be the worse service I have ever received. I have had better follow up from Best Buy when they sold me a faulty $250 dvd player. Instead the dealership sold me a faulty $65,000 truck and its been 3 days since the brand new truck broke down and no follow up. I still remember the excitement on their face when everyone sold me the truck on memorial day weekend and about their commitment to customer service and follow up. Heck they even told me if I gave them 5 star review they would fill up my tank again (I believe this is incentivized portion or kickback by ford). Luckily for me I postponed the survey because I like to wait on surveys until 30 days after my experience. Luckily I waited to do the survey this morning. Maybe it will help with the next brand new car customers experience.

The sales man both Adan and Art was so polite and helpful. We got to the finance dept JOEL, to sign final papers, when he found out we didn't want to buy extended coverage he became very rude and told me that I'm a hard lady to sell to. Didn't even say anything when he gave us our paper works! I felt that this man has no gratitude that we bought a brand new car from them. Remember his name #JOELRAMIREZFINANCEMANAGER, will never deal with this man again.

Communication was great and accommodation for my time without a car was excellent. There was, however, a piece of a wiring harness hanging from my dash just below the touch screen after they put my car back together.

The F-150 and the F-250 pickups at Lithia are awesome. Best time to buy a brand new truck is at the year in sell. The first day of the year after a year end sell drastically brings the price down on these vehicles and trucks because of the Kelley Blue Book pricing. So remember by your vehicles brand new on January 1st and on. And remember have cash in hand.lol

I bought my Mustang convertible here in 2015 it's still the greatest car I've ever owned I bring it to Brandon and service and he takes really good care of me I really recommend Lithia Ford Lincoln

Got a car off them, ford fusion. Broke down first week in. Took it in for them to fix and they basically said it was my problem and the can not do anything with out payment. So last time I'll be at Lithia Ford for a car. We spend to much money on a car for it to break down within the same week it came off the lot.

Awesome staff but the TV locked in the morning talk show circuit is indigestible (lol). That being said, The service department is filled with professionals who don't upsale services, price match and offer a courtesy shuttle to your work or residence. Free WiFi, coffee, pastries are just more elements of their 5 start service

My husband and I are very happy with our new purchase of a 2017 Ford F-250. We had the best and most courteous service while we waited (which was not long at all) and our sales rep Matt Powell was very informative and super friendly.
