I was here with my 13 month old daughter for issues that were covered under my warranty. I called the warrenty’s authorization number to verify what was covered and if I would be able to get a rental car. I communicated this to the service desk when I first spoke with them and when I checked in. I sat patiently for OVER 3 hours before I asked about my cars update. It was then that the service guy asked the mechanic. They informed me I would have to wait longer to find out more. To say I’m irritated is an understatement. I will not be returning.
