Did an online order for in-store pickup. Two hours later I received an email saying goods are ready to pickup. The pickup counter is immediately inside the front entrance. Sure did make finding what I was looking for easy (trying to find items inside Lowe's on your own can be challenging.) Was in and out of the store with my order in less than five minutes-would have been sooner but there was one customer before me.

Nowhere near the same quality of home depot and I've had very unpleasant return experiences here.

Is not that bad. They have a lot of tools and stuff. There's a problem some of the people who work there don't have the knowledge to help you finding stuff or whatever you ask for.

Very small selection of legrand adorne electrical switches and outlets. Basically just the cheapest stuff the designer line offers. No wave light switches or touch pad ones. Pretty much roamed around alone until I had to ask for help. They did have a mountain of air conditioners in stock unlike any target within 15 miles of Beverly Hills the last 3 weeks.

We were not there yo buy anything. It was a customer service issue, and the manager that we spoke wasn't helpful at first. But we will know more after next week. My aunt paid for some patio furniture to be assembled and delivered. And all they did was deliver the furniture in their box and they left. Now they are suppose to pick up the furniture, assemble it and re-deliver it. We will see what will happen.

I was trying to find a burner for a water heater that went bad and they pointed me the right way but the selection was limited to one brand

I went to this Lowes for the first time a few months ago. It is well stocked with great service and great cutting service for wood. I have had wood cut at other places where they use the wrong blade and end up destroying the edges of your wood. This was not my experience here. Everything came out perfectly!
