No one help is that store you ask for help and everyone gets crazy. I've been looking and on two sides no one wanted to give me very bad service.
Horrible service, i had a delivery schedule for today 5-28-21, they confirm from 4pm to 8pm, around 6: 30pm we called because we got concern they said driver was in his 15 stop and we were next, a few min later i got call that i was cancel because the truck broke down, now i have my food in ice cooler and no stove and no one seems to be able to help me!
Can never get help when needed. So many employees everywhere when you walk in but as soon as you need assistance they're gone. Like roaches when you turn on the light. GONE.
Worst service by Erika. When asked a question she responded rudely that's not my department. The right answer is let me see if I can find the person to help you out in that department or let me see what I can do for you. Your been paid to help customers out not to be talking with other co workers hidden away from camaras.
Never went inside the Pacoima store yet. Based on the customer service getting so poor at Lowes Burbank and Lowes Northridge, I think I'll just use H. D.as usual.
Very bad customer service when I call to check my special order at customer service desk they hang up the phone all 5 times that I call at 5pm
For the first time in ages, I went to a Lowe's where all the staff was friendly and more importantly knowledgeable. I will be going to their store exclusively moving forward.
Horrible customer service. Unprofessional and unfriendly employees. I was astonished at the way myself and other customers are treated at this store. I by no means expect anything over the top from retail employees, I have been one myself and know how it is. Especially during the holidays! However, I do generally appreciate a certain level of common courtesy and respect from (well anyone, really) but particularly any business where I spend my hard earned money. Very disappointed in the behavior that is considered acceptable here. (Even down to the employee swearing audibly under her breath while cleaning the woman's restroom). I would not recommend this store to anyone and will certainly never shop here again. I normally don't leave reviews for anything ever but I had to make an exception. I like to feel good about where I spend my money, and Lowe's isn't it.
Really like shopping at Lowe's, they usually have nearly everything I am shopping for. The only set back from Lowe is there power tools variety, I just wish they had more options.: -/
AWFUL AWFUL! We purchased a refrigerator and was robo-called 3 X's that it would be delivered and 3 X's Lowes did not have the merchandise to put on the truck. We even reconfirmed and the rep said the refrigerator was on the truck, but when it didn't arrive the trucking company said Lowes did not have it to give to them. This is an experience from Hell! We will have to cancel the order and go someplace else - never again to Lowes!
Dunce employee said he would call someone to nuts asked bolts isle to help end waited over 15 minutes until I finally flagged down some help. Pathetic that they aren't even helpful any more.
I found what I was looking for and it was the right fit as well. I did not need any assistance but noticed the associates were very friendly. I I see the self checkout.

Always enjoy going their. Lowes always have good collections and new technology for home improvements.
Went and bought a 36" fan for which I needed a flat cart to transport it to the register. It took me 15 minutes to find a flat cart
. I even asked a bunch of associates and they were clueless and unwilling to help. Never again I love home Depot now even more.
What I like of Lowes is that there is always somebody available to assist you. The store is very well organized and clean. Prices very competitive. Highly recommend it.
Went here to buy a couple of gallons of stain and rather than spending $80.00, I found the exact same color in the oops paint area for $18.00 ($9.00 each)! Stoked!
I ended up at Lowes looking for laminate flooring for my home. Needless to say, the task can be a bit overwhelming and challenging (finding the right color and type to match your needs). The salesman, Dakota, was extremely patient and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. Ended up buying 47 boxes + underlayment. If you are looking for flooring, ask for Dakota.
Usually I find what I'm looking for and staff is helpful. Today I waited 26 minutes for someone to help me order a door. No one came. I spoke to an associate requesting help and also pressed the help button 3 times. Apparently the button turns off itself after a set time because it turned off on me twice. I gave up after that and didn't buy a door.
