Lowes has a lot of good discounts, the employees are very nice and helpful. It's a very clean store and accessible for everyone

It's a big box home improvement store. They had what I was looking for.at a fair price. Unfortunately they just don't have as many people there to asked questions as they did five years ago.

Bottom line is, you go here if you know what you want, and they have it in stock. If you need help, go to a full service store, and pay for the service that you expect.

This store has the worst customer service. The employees are rude and impatient. They need intensive training to improve customer service from top to bottom. Management needs to be made accountable for the quality of service subordinates provide. HD Supplies and HomeDepot provide much better service for customers in this area.

It's not the same the older people that work there make it worth the trip. I went and half the kids that work there don't know a thing.

I order the buttermilk chicken sandwich because that was the hot item or most propuler dish. The one thing that was great was the server and the my drink.

I only needed a cover for the dishwasher vent and they only carried the whole assembly. Didn't want to spend $13 for a $3 part. The help I got though was excellent.

Amazing Garden selection be sure to bring Kleenex tissue mucus and pollen are two and two or one in one smoke straight though

Very helpful staff. Help us located are needed part very quickly. Especially respect Lowe's for offering a 10% discount to all active military and veterans!

They suck on my special order. Called me that it's ready. I rented a uhaul trailer and came over. They been searching for 2 hrs for it. I am still waiting.

Garden center visit. Good selection of plants, no waiting at check out. I have to say the cashier made the 5 star rating. Polite, well spoken and even offered me water! When I thanked him and said I already had water in the car, he said any time I need to refill it, I can do it from their dispenser!

Looking for 5 different things and was asked by one of the guys asking if he could help me find something. He was able to direct me right to all 5 items!

Diego was the gentleman who helped us, he visited the back of the store & found the vacuum we were looking for, he was kind & helpful.
And yes we found the own we wanted.

The store is great - full of products and we'll presented. Don't expect to find anyone to provide you with any service though.

This store is awful, I only come here when in the area or Home Depot doesn't have what I need. For years the employees have appeared to not be supervised, usually they hang out in groups talking and ignoring customers. I've asked to speak to a few managers, none of them have given a care about my problems or concerns. Only reason they get 2 stars is that they sometimes have what I need.
