Don't waste your time trying to get propane here. They take your money and never show up to exchange your tank.

With easy access from highway, I prefer this Lowe’s which is always stocked and clean interiors. The staff are usually friendly and helpful in picking out the tools/hardware

Employees were rude, website is misleading, installs for simple appliances are outsourced and separately scheduled than deliveries to avoid paying employees, found stock that was broken. Was once considering lowes for a kitchen/bathrooms/floor remodel of a home. Probably not.

Large store. If you drive around the other places HD and then around this store you will see a big difference in organization and cleanliness.

The Minute Key machine is great, but the customer service sucks. I have never seen so many associates walking around like Zombies doing nothing.

We like the way this store is laid out. The personal here are very friendly. And yeah, they taught me a trick to save time from billing lines. Goto the lumber cash register, it's less crowded.

Mixed feelings about this place if you need help don't go after 5/6pm. I've gotten a lot of no advice from pretty much anyone but they seem to be ok in the morning hours. I would say 50/50, many are not used to the diverse customers.

It is a great store but the layout is a bit confusing. They have a great variety of items available.

Came to buy hooks to mount a ladder to a wall. Asked 4 different people where they were and they all either pointed us to the wrong place or didn't think that Lowe's carried them. The 5th person finally knew where they were and helped us out.

Fair selection of garden plants but limited. Good check out service but difficult to find anyone for advice or information

This store is always disappointing, I nearly always have to go to Home Depot to find what I need. Don’t waste your time asking any of the staff here for anything, you will either be ignored or fed a bunch of BS because they have no knowledge of their job

Good prices & selection. Store if usually clean & well organized. Check availability online before you go if you know what you want

Not necessarily the store and what they had in stock, but the employees there. Rude and unprofessional.

Service was great. Wish I could remember what the Self-Proclaimed older gentleman in Hardware's name was so I could thank him again. He was a hoot & even though I drug him all over departments, he knew where everything was and was able to give me tips on just about every crazy project I'm working on right now lol he was great. Only thing I could even begin to complain about is things are a little bit pricey, but overall it was a great experience.

I've probably been to over 20 lowes around the country. This has to be by far the nicest home display and best selection of plants. I thus drive 5 extra miles now to my second closest lowes as its worth the drive.

This is fairly new store in a newly-developed area. Very good selection and customers service, which is a rarity for these types of places.

The employees are quite helpful! The self-service checksyands are awful. Sometimes there is no other way to check out. The computer malfunctions, runs out of receipt tape, etc.they need more employees!

Well stocked well organized, very couteous n helpful staff barring a few. Got custom sized wood panels cut. Can get duplicate keys made at reasonable cost.

Massively screwed up customer service. Very rude reps. Not a smile or courtesy in sight when you walk in. Was wrongly charged, had to argue to get things right. Arrogant language. Very distasteful treatment.

I needed five TV wall mounts but they only had 2 so the special ordered the or He three to be picked up tomorrow. Good service.
