30So far one of the worst experiences that i have ever had at a store. We ordered new closet doors for our kids before Christmas last year. They were supposed to be delivered in the beginning of January. I have yet to get the doors. They supposedly have shown up broken to Lowe's warehouse a couple different times. I am still waiting for a call back from the store manager. I asked for the call back on 2/13/18. Every time I call, I am getting a run around about when the doors will be in.
Went to buy plants for the garden.very disappointed in their selection. Looked like stuff from last year and no variety.
Employee's walk around in groups of two talking to each other and don't offer help. When you do ask for help they usually don't know where things are located or will tell you they don't have them.
What I like about Lowe's - it is very clean, you can easily fine a customer srv.if you have a question. Always helpful & they go out of their way to help you.
Tried to call the nursery, and the lady put me on hold after hearing my question. After maybe 2 minutes I got patched through to Costumer service. I told her I was on hold with the nursery, but maybe she could help me? Mid sentence and without saying anything she put me back on hold. After another minute the line got disconnected. Managers: talk to your people about costumer service. Happened today. 3/21/18.
Nightmare dealing with their telephone system. Drop 3 times while waiting, no way to connect to the proper department, dmv like waits to connect to the customer service desk before being transfer to the proper department only to be dropped off the line after waiting 15 minutes. Hopeless. Customer service would not forward my call even though the employee checked in. Saying that they would not forward the call since she had not started work, promised that they would have her call me. After 2 hours, no call back, I had to call them to go through their totally dysfunctional automated phone system, This is the last purchase with Lowe's, until they fix their system and their attitude towards the customers.
Bought 4 appliances over thanksgiving weekend. Tow were supposed to come around mid December, other by end of December. Only one came at mid December. For the others they said there was no possible way to find how long it would take. Talked to sales people, assistant manager, service manager, delivery manager etc. All saying different things. When I bugged them a lot, they said to return and get the money back! But I needed the new appliances for which the older one they had already taken away! We went to Lowes again to talk to them and get more info and also look at alternate applicnces. Most of alternate appliances they had, were on back order so no knowledge when they would come.
Finally one more came by end of December. The washer then came by January 10th, and the Dryer came by January 20th. They brought wrong connector kit for Dryer, so we had to go to Lowes again to return that kit and buy another kit. All in all, we had to wait 5 times for delivery and installation. Their delivery service is very unreliable. Each time they either cancelled the appointment, came very early without calling first, or came very late without calling first. WE HAD TO WAST LOT OF TIME.
Not sure if it's just one individual having a tired day, but had a tough time waiting waiting waiting in the appliances section. The person supposed to help kept vanishing and never turn back up.when I had a real real purchase to make for a not so cheap appliance. Reminded me of a Disneyland wait, except that there no line.
Zero knowledge about appliances being sold. Had to tell them where to look for information on their site. Also very rude and racist customer treatment, especially if you are brown.
I went to get picture hanger. I had no idea how to do it for the weight of the picture frame. The person in the store explained me the details. He answered all my concerns with patience. Also, the staff at the checkout counter helped me with so many gift cards that I checked out.
