Found what I was looking for. Paid for what I needed and left. Fast. Not to crowded and helpful

Lowe's is the worse! I was ignored, and after I had to stand and wait for an employee to get off the phone he turned away from me and helped a man who had just walked up, then I asked him for help finding something he called for someone to come help a customer they never showed up I left the store so mad, waited in my car till I cooked off went back in had to search the store for someone who again passed me off to someone that took 10 mins to get there told him what I was looking for and needed him to cut cable for me and I needed a breaker for my electric box. He sold me a broken breaker and the other part he said oh this will work was no where near the same, I do not recommend that store at all they made feel angry and very insignificant and if I'm going to risk my health the least they can do is acknowledge me! And this is not just a 1 time thing

Very hard to get assistance in the store. Everyone just pages the intercom for some one else to come

This Apple Valley Lowe's is the best I have been in. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, something you don't come across these days in retail. Thank you.

Friendly employees clean store and restrooms handicap accessible plenty of parking and you can always find what you need here

There christmas section is awesome this year 2018. I always have a better / easier time finding things here instead of home depot

They have Veteran parking spots do I need to say anymore. That tells me the integrity and character of the company and you see that in there employee's with the smiles on there faces and always polite and willing to help if I could give more stars I would because 5 isn't enough way to go. And like we say in the USMC Semper Fi meaning always faithful.

Apple valley store was great the sales lady on the floor was very knowledgeable and the appliances.

The staff is always nice even when they are giving you bad advice. Got a washer & dryer and a microwave. They haven't delivered it. I can't complain because the fine print said they have 3 months to deliver my stuff, that is bad business, I will go to Home Depot next time.

I like there selection of refrigerator, we bought 3 thru out the year and will buy more when they have a sale.

Went in about 5pm very hard to find help and when I did they did not know anything disappointing nice products but very bad service

Lowes sucks, can never find help and their buttons to call for help either didnt work or were disabled

Purchased flooring in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful service system. You buzz.someone comes input request and you pay at the register. And I saved $400.00+ compared to home depot.

Their Plumbing section for toilet is very small so and you did not carry my parts had to return part and go across the street to Home Depot bummer.

Very friendly place great customer service. When it comes to fixing your home everything needed is here.

After asking for customer service at the carpet area, we stood there for 25 min waiting for help, while associates walked by with other customers. Each time, they tried to placate us by saying “I’ll be right back”. After asking to speak to a manager, the so called manager came and acted as if we were some sort of inconvenience. Horrible customer service! Now we’re at Home Depot buying our carpet.

I’m remodeling my house and been buying close to $10k worth of material and the manager hooked me up with a 10% coupon. Very nice, always Lowe’s

Found all of the items I needed, plus some I didn't realize I needed. Staff was courteous & helpful. Checkout was easy. Ample parking.

They don't like to return items even when I had the receipt took them like a two hours n then gave me my money
