27 Terrible Customer support! And I have a business account with them.
A customer rep at this store named Penny has no idea what she is doing and is very rude! I will be doing my business with the Home Depot across the street in the future.
Nice and quiet day at Lowe's. The employee actually asked me if I needed help, which I did. Took a couple of minutes and I was out the door!
Nice, clean, found what I needed quickly. One minor gripe - the parking lot lighting could be brighter.
The young man in garden was very helpful and even took the grill to the register. Then he helped load it.
This trip was good. Help was available and I did not have to wonder around all over to find what I went for. They would be a bit lower in prices. Home Depot still beats them on so many things.
Poor customer service and Managers will not give you the time or day. But if you like to play hide and seek, then it's your place!
Worst ever I'll probably go across the street from now on I had to go and pay for my plywood after waiting for a long time back by the saw before they would cut it because somebody had it cut and left it that's the cost of doing business they've lost some of my mind
