Macy's, Redondo Beach CA

I wanted to return perfume. The guy at the perfume counter told me to go to guest services. Guest services told me to go to counter.frustrating.

My customer service representative was very happy to help me it was a pleasure to have her assist us. Her name is Felicia.

It's been awhile! But decided to check out the mall as safely as possible. The store was clean but truly lacked any brands I was interested in.

I usually shop at the Lakewood Macy's which is about 7-8 min.from home. I decided to go to the South Bay Macy's which I had not visited in over 17 years. I was looking for evening shoes and SADLY disappointed. The shoe dept.was small in dimensions and inventory. Overall the store lacked the Macy's glow. Sadly I will not return to that location. ️

I can't believe this is Macy's.
This place is run down and old. They really need to remodel here. Most of the product has been here for a long time and I've seen it since 5 years ago. Really disorganized. Worst macys I've Been in.

Bought a hot air fryer with a coupon a few weeks back - great customer service (coupon was given by salesrep) - bought a 6 qt for less then $75! Awesome employee

This is the worst Macy's ever, the men's shoes selection is a joke. As a New Yorker I'm embarrassed.

I was looking for a travel size Alien Mugler perfume that I could carry in my purse, and this location did not have it. They had all others, which is ok, but, just not my favorite

Got my First Dodgers Jersey today.the staff was very nice and courteous.had a great experience.their always so helpful here at Macys

I liked the variety they have in their men's department. Fitting rooms much cleaner than for example Culver city Macy's. Floor space according to my eye test is a bit larger than del amo Macy's.

This location is kind of outdated. I'm sure they have done their best? But it's just in an older Mall that has not made any improvements or updates in far too many years.

I always shop at Macy's Redondo Beach, CA. My fav place to go, classy perfumes, clothes, jewelry, and cosmetics.

Great store. They have good sales and lots of nice items. The quality of the product is in this store. Restroom was clean. We both like clean restrooms. Salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable.

Jesse in the furniture section was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient. We literally tried all the matresses. Left and came back and tried some more. Chose a Macy's brand mattress. The delivery men were very professional, quick and a friendly.

Love using the coupons but the associates don't know anything about the coupons and don't help you.they have new staff in all departments I don't go there as much anymore

Prices are reasonable when items are on sale. Coupons are useless for most of sales items. You cannot use your gift cards towards Macy's card payment. Also, it's hard to find a sales person if you need some help; maybe it's the way cut cost.

Lot of brands and quality merchandises here. It's a big store. The only thing is prices are high.

I love this store good deals and good service sometimes this time the gentleman at finish line was very helpful will love coming back here.

Good luck with finding someone to assist you, almost like the twilight zone! I searched for towels about 20 minutes, not one salesperson, not even in the small appliance section! I usually take my time, but this was ridiculous!

Staffs were very helpful (if you can find one!). This mall has been very quiet and slow pacing place.so not many staffs around there.
