Macy's, Redondo Beach CA

The worst place ever. Marc Allen is the store manager and is never there. Mary is mattress service representatives who I had stated to her when I placing an order for mattress set that they didn't have in stock. That I can write my address down. She refused my offer and then inputted my address wrong. Then she got mad at me because she didn't know how operate a Macy's laptop. Then David the sales manager there allowed her to continue making mistake while he stood watching. And then he tells me Marc will call me and that he has to deal with Mary later. Sure I believe that happened. Anyways after numerous calls I find out that Marc the store manager is on vacation no one is there but Mary and David. And when i finally spoke with Marc he reassures me he will address all concerns and how he takes these matters seriously and then he gives me fake number for corporate so I can't report him and them. So I get my mattress which is supposed to be 9inches. It arrived more like three inches what a jip. I go in the store for my second time and David remembers me and refused service. What kind of store is this. They have a broken escalator so I had to go up three flights of stairs and get refused by David for no reason but retaliation for reporting on him the first time, how childish. And clearly Marc the store manager needs to be replaced because he is not overseeing this store properly. No one is around to help and they even cut the lights off in the store while I was still there. Discrimination should never be about Macy's because that's how businesses go under. I'm just glad that there is in Torrance another Macy's that fits the bill. Better attitudes. Close Redondo beach Macy's it's bad for African American who want to shop without a colorline.

I shop here a lot. There are several items to pick from and the customer service there is great.

Friendly staff, good quality clothing, large, clean dressing rooms with comfortable waiting areas. A bit on expensive side but usually has decent "on sale" items in most departments.

Priscilla in the women's department saved my life tonight! I was looking for a specific dress for my mother in law and she was so helpful over the phone, after looking for this dress in 4 different macys stores! That's customer service at its finest!

It’s a decent Macy’s store! Not the best when it comes to variety though. If your by the Galleria for some shopping, you could check this place out to pick some shirt or anything

The sales people were very helpful and honest.i asked their opinion on items i was looking at and gave me suggestions that would work for me. I liked that. They fun and friendly.

Had previously sworn off never purchasing there again. That didn't last long. I was greeted warmly and with a friendly smile by all the employees I encountered. What a difference.

Judy Chien, cosmetic advisor is awesome, kind and does not want to sell products. She recomended you the best for your skin with great smille. She is a great advisor to the store a shiseido products.

Rude sales people. Del amo macys is a hundred times better anyway- bigger collections and better customer service!

I shop here quite a bit but not anymore. While I was looking at clothes today an employee called security on me. They both came up to me to watch me shop. I have never been so humiliated. I will go to the Del Amo store from now on.
