They have nice stuff, a d great sales occasionally, but just order to line if you know what size you want / need.
This was the best discount store I saw because they had low-cost supermarket items. Since I am a businesswoman, this shop greatly helps me to grow my business. Thank you a million times over!
10/10. Such a helpful staff! Bianca & Sayeh were both huge helps in getting exactly what I needed
Amazing service, men's suit cashier lady with arm brace knew the exact size my boyfriend needed with one look, and helped him pick out exactly what he wanted.
Macy’s Century City has too few staff.
Wanted to try on a few things, jeans are locked with cables and locks, staff send me from one dressing area across store to a different one, no staff there to unlock jeans. No staff

Left three pair of jeans at dressing room and left.
Went to John Varvatos, spent $600, Macy’s missed out.
Since I was searching for a purple dress for my daughter's birthday, the staff members were polite and eager to help. I was pleased with the price because it was so fair. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
There were literally only TWO people on the floor to help! The man told us he was too busy to helpe because he was on the phone with someone and it would take a long time before he could take our money. We literally walked to the other side of the building when we found Carmen who was willing to help us to pay for our merchandise. I had over $500 in merchandise that I was going to pay for but I left it because I was so upset I just paid for my daughters. That is really unacceptable. I want to give Carmen five stars but the business itself is four stars. I understand that you have to cut personnel due to the pandemic but for a business as big as this one there is no reason for an entire floor to be manned by only two people.
I bought a handbag from Shirley a few weeks ago, she explained the whole product line gave me ideas on how to use my handbag and was very helpful. Shirley is very rare, she made me feel like I had a new friend. I will buy my next handbag and wallet from her as well. Shirley is a 5 STAR EMPLOYEE.
One of the main reasons I like coming here is that it is less crowded than the nearby Ross Store. Although not as big as Ross, this store tends to sell men's clothing of better quality. Also, because of it being smaller, I can find my way around easier and look for stuff much faster. I really like how they have a Coke freezer near the cash registers where I can buy a cold drink to have after leaving the store.
Awesome store with huge collection of clothing even though the prices are on the higher end. That's true for pricing in any Macys store! You pay for the quality and collection and have no regrets spending your dollar's.
I love this store in this airy pleasant outdoor shopping mall.
It's bright, spacious and easy to navigate.
Check out their clearance items.
The sales associates are helpful, kind and friendly too!
Lots of nice brands here for sale. This is my favorite store of all. Great shoe section and friendly staff.
I visit in this store in the last week, very good sale about ck Tommy Hilfiger and a lot of brands
I Bought Jacket Yesterday from this Location and Thanks to Miss Edna who was wonderful to help me and I appreciate her time and Patience.
Good & large Macy's store. Kids section is nice with helpful staff.
Great location too
One of my favorite Macy's stores. Located in the newly renovated Century City, I can take my time and enjoy the shopping experience. There is always someone to you in every department of Macy's with creative and fun ideas.
No quality stuff left here, literally every other or most of the brands became lower in quality.
This Macy’s was extremely rude, considering that i am a woman of color I felt deeply offended by the workers. Do not recommend coming here!
Fantastic store - beautiful clothes - good prizes, and top service! Jyung Lee is the best dress seller!
Gr8 place for shopping don’t miss the last piece rack. U May find a big brand product under $ 30.
