Always seems empty and like they're having a sale, but they've got a good selection and decent prices, so they're a few full steps above Target.

We were there today shopping in the Bridal department for a mother of the bride dress. No one tried to assist in anyway.
Very nice location but the staff is seemingly ultra paranoid of shoplifting! I was trying on 3 pairs of jeans and within 5 minutes 2 employees entered the changing room I was using and checked all of my items and were questioning me as if I was stealing something! Very strange.other than that it’s a very nice store.
Beautiful store, the visuals are amazing. Most people confuse this store with the westside pavilion Macys. THIS IS THE NEW ONE, IT IS NOT CLOSING. Great customer service, lovely mall.
Small store - everything seems to be squished in - only carries limited brands - poor customer service (seems to be enough staff they just don't know what they are doing or where things are in store)
I had plan to buy 2 pair of men suit & spending almost $ 1000.00.but body were available to help me or customers
Lack of personal in busy day!
Not a fan of malls or dept.stores but found a few gems here on the sales rack. They have these sales year-round to make room for the new season's items. The prices are down by as much as 75%. They dump all of Ivanka Trump's labels here! ;P Store managers are helpful. Huge selection of over-priced goods. No wonder retail's dead.
