Macy's, San Bernardino CA

I can't say my experience at Macy's was good or bad just a long wait at customer service desk, but I know that Macy's very expensive.

Went in to actually pickup an online order, waited 20 min with 2 customers ahead of me doing returns with 1 sales associate. Decided to shop the Black Friday in July sale thinking I was getting a deal but was actually overcharged. The home dept has % signs all over. 1 towel wall had a 50%, 65% and 75% signs. Nothing on that wall was 75%. All bad.

Go here to get you that good good Gucci cologne. Sometimes Macy's jas killer discounts on their fragrance selections usually only around a major holiday or shopping time. The people at the counter are always so helpful and will even suggest colognes/perfume for you and wll go through all of them with you until you find one you like, with litte mini white test strips to quickly sniff the aroma. Buying cologne is an experience for me.and it better be because the stuff ain't cheap as you know. But a good quality name brand cologne is essential for men, of all walks of life. Good cologne smells expensive to me.like Paco Raban, 1 Million.but Gucci 'Guilty' hands down B E S T.also 'Get A Room' by Confessions Of A Rebel kills guys

I have been shopping at this Macy’s at The Inland Center Mall for many years. This is a great Macy’s to shop. The entire staff for every department are kind, courteous, professional, and know their job. My favorite department is the Men’s Cologne department over the years I have been able to purchase the current fragrances that are in style.

Store was open but customer service needs more personal to take care of clients and their inventory is reduced. Covid19's fault!

Prices were reasonable and service was friendly. Selection was a bit limited but found what we were looking for. We spent more time trying clothes on than anything else while at the store.

Macy is very nice and And clean I found the dress I wanted and it was so beautiful they have very very nice clothing and other things to purchase I recommend going to Macy

Love the SB May's. It's the perfect size with just the right amount of traffic that you don't stress. Highly underrated location.

Not the nicest Macy's. It works for makeup, but there is much nicer merchandise and better selection at other Macy's stores

Not very customer friendly for youth. My kids (17 & 15) were school shopping and couldn't get assistance from sales associate until an adult asked for them.

Typical department store. Pricey but has good selections of clothing and other accessories. Kitchen goods and household items. Overall not bad.

Most popular male sizes are unavailable. Took me a while to find a shirt I wanted, then I'm trying to pay and the register is empty, I go to Costumer service/returns and the associate refused to ring me up, even though the store was empty, I left, not trying to hunt down someone to take my $60. No wonder brick & mortar stores are going out of business. Amazon is delivering next day and I'm saving $9.

Dont like how choppy this store is. Half of the store is in 1 building (i.e. Mens, housewares and childrens) and the other half is in a completely different non-adjacent building a block down? Not convenient when trying to look for women and children's clothes simultaneously.

Good macys, clean and good staff. Not the biggest selection of furniture and appliances. But good choice of clothes.

I look everywhere for my Christmas party's dress but I found it at Macy's lovely place definitely that's my store

Can't knock this place, love the styles of clothes and variety of options, also the people are koo with customers.

This Macy's has tons of items but the jewelry dept I feel is always understaffed. Particularly near mens watches

Clean, but prices are expensive good quality in merchandise.wish prices can be more affordable.

The clothing isnt as good as other stores but they get new clothes every now and then so i would recommend for school shopping or shopping for clothes
