Macy's, San Bernardino CA

This clothing store is everything it should be. There is nothing that needs to changed. They have great sales. If you are looking to buy clothing prepare to dig out of your piggy bank. I know most women that shop here dont have cash to buy from here, but they buy clothes with their Macy's card. BUt thats none of my business.lol This is why I only shop when there are good sales and the clearance section.

Stopped here to pick up fathers day gifts. Nothing special typical macys. Customer service wasn't the best. But overall ok. Floor was sticky for some reason (spill not cleaned up right) and parking was not easy to find.

We were shopping in Macy's on Wednesday. We went up to the bedding dept looking for towels. We bought the towels from an associate in the home dept. She was friendly and rang up our purchase.

Always had good customer service here. If something is out of stock they will get it for you with free shipping.

Was just inside Macy's 15 minutes before they closed at 7pm So I picked out my items and preceded to check out and because there computers shut off at 7pm they would not let me or any of the people buy their items. They told every body to come back tomorrow. Imagine that? Bad bad service! Will not be coming back here.

Employees should better informed about where to send handicap customers they sent me for one location to another location and to a 3rd location then they said that purses must returned to the purse area

Sber.store was a mess today. Clothes strewn about, on floor, shelves. Looked like a bomb went off. Tjete were not enough clerks to help at check out kiosks.

The cashiers were very helpful and friendly. The prices however were very expensive and the perfume sales person (s) were very aggressive trying to get us to buy a perfume.

I was just there. Everyone that works in the clothing and other departments was great but I was in the make department and not one person helped me. Not in any of the make up departments. What a birthday gift to me, oh well I well just go to another mall.
