Department Store Macy's reviews
30 It was a nice place to go shop fast which was great.
Good smiling girls working
I had been shopping since for 30 years. Hate and sad to see business macys closing
I love to shop at Macys. There is a wonderful smell I enjoy while shopping. Also a calm in the air
Love store clean didn't have to wait in a line. But I love the bottom part of the store. Almost everything down there is half off. Or cheaper! Yaaa
Very helpful. Needed to buy some perfume which I could not find on my own. Was helped right away and was escorted to a cashier. Zip. Zip. In and out. Perfect.
Great place for shopping good deals. Unexpected low prices on many items plus additional discounts for paying with Macy's credit card.
I was in on Monday, close to opening so the store was not busy but busy with merchandisers working the floor. I was in mens and was kindly helped by 3 merchandisers who went out of there way to help me. One was Tracy in Polo and 2 other associates with whom I did not get their names. I mentioned my experience to a floor Manger but I hope reviews are monitored so these 3 extremely nice people get a shout out from the Manger.
My favorite store.
They have great sales & great customer service.
I love that I'm now a platinum card member, love the perks.
Fast service the ladies there helped me
find what I was looking and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Has the most variety in elegant dresses in all sizes and for all events. It has all the top designer creations. When ever I onow I have gala events this Macy's is my first choice.
Power went out, so had to wait awhile until register went back up and while looking for things in the jewelry department 4 ladies didn't seem like they wanted to help I ask for certain things and they just said they didn't have them. They lady in the bra department Was very helpful. She got us cups so we can get water and was looking for an item for me while I looked around.
It's a huge store three stories and men's on the other side near Red Robins. Located inside the Sun Valley mall.
I just go for the perfume section, not the best design to walk around that's for sure, their Mattress area is probably the best going I bought 1 bed & slash 2 free replacements& i love the service the rest blah
Went with roommate who is in her late 60s who is rather difficult. They handled her perfectly and gave her great service
Great quality and variety of products and clothes excellent customer service always willing to help.
The lady at the Lancome counter was the worst. I ended up driving over to the Walnut Creek Macy's
This Macy's always seems a little messy and feels a little unorganized and it's a little worse right now because they are building/setting up the new "backstage" experience. In all, it's a fine/normal Macy's, just feels a little cluttered/messy.
Not sure how the store is staying alive. It's not my kind of place and feels so bland and stuck in the 80's
There was a creepy middle aged guy in a bad striped suit at the cologne counter. But other than that it was fine.
You get all the style that you want. Takes a lot of patience to browse through the entire store, but at the end it's all worth!
