Macy's, Concord CA

I came here because they actually sell bareminerals make up here which is amazing! It's close & convenient, they always seem to have some sort of sale!

T-Mobile doesn't have connection on the 1st floor in many locations, like inside Macy's. I can't even find their store at this mall. S-tty service.

We couldn't find what we wanted, and the store personal wasn't that helpful. Just pointed in the direction and wasn't interested in helping. So we went to Sears.

Had the worst experience. I spent over an hour picking out a suit for my husband and shoes only to walk out empty handed. All because I waited for a long time for someone in suits to help me out and no one ever came. I had to walk elsewhere to ask someone if they could call this person. Someone was called and even then no one showed up. Too bad they lost out on some business I can always go buy the suit to a different place if that’s the way customers will be treated.

It's a department store. Full of a lot of people that are very image conscious. Prices are pretty high I left as quickly as I could.

I SHOP IN THE MEN BUILDING AND I WISH THEY CARRY BETTER BRANDS
THEIR SHOES SELECTION IS VERY LIMITED
I ONLY GOT GREAT SERVICE FROM SEBASTIAN THE MANAGER FOR HIM

Can be short staffed and getting a size is something that you do on your own. If you can find a cashier, be nice, they are overworked and underpaid!

I usually love Macy's but this location is very odd, the layout is extremely weird, we went shopping for my boyfriend but apparently the mens section is in a separate store at the other side of the mall.

Great Sale going on till Tuesday 5/8 picked up a couple of "suit ties" for my grand babe $60,
